    We submitted a maintenance request about our shower drain on August 29. The office marked our request completed on September 16, even though maintenance never came. We submitted the request again on October 3. I spoke to the resident services manager in person on October 4, and she said they closed all open maintenance requests to reset and didnt notify residents so they wouldnt all be resubmitted. She told me our request is top of the list for Monday October 7. Maintenance never came. I submitted the same request two more times. I went back to the office on November 22, and the woman said she would send my request to emergency maintenance and it should be completed by November 25. It was not. On November 26, my husband went to the office and was told we are at the top of the list for November 27. I called the office at 5:30pm on November 27 to ask for an update and was told we could not be helped until Monday December 2. It is now Tuesday December 3, and nobody has come to fix our maintenance issue that has been going on since August 29. We have tried fixing it ourselves but it has not worked. Our shower does not drain, and by the end of a 10-minute shower, there is 6 inches of standing water. It is unhygienic. We just want the issue resolved but keep getting the run-around from the apartment complex.

    My boyfriend and I moved in June 1, 2024. We had many maintenance requests to the apartment management on Day 1. These requests have yet to be addressed. In the last few weeks we now have a mice infestation and an ant infestation. I contacted ************************* after management never responded. Unfortunately the health department said we have to take it up with property management. As of Friday our window is leaking and any time it rains it floods our living room. I called emergency maintenance who told me they "don't have anyone to send." I am at a loss of what to do. This is a health and safety issue. We have gone to the office in person and they tell us they don't have any staff to help. At this point I'd just like to move without any penalties or fees. I kill ants and wipe up mouse f**** every day. Multiple apartments here have busted out sliding glass doors and animals inside. Everything about this place is disgusting and I'm paying rent to a company that refuses to repair anything or take care of health and safety hazards.

    I have lived in at ************************************ for 7 years. My air conditioner has been out since July 6th, 2024. I filed on line requests to have it fixed on July 6th, 8th, 15th and 31st.Also, I called their 800# on July 23rd. Which they said it fixed ***** hours. To date, they have NOT FIXED it. I need your help or intercession to get them to act on my request to get my air conditioner fixed. I suffer from extreme anxiety and this whole experience has left me unable to cope. I feel emotionally spent. I can't sleep at night because the apartment feels like an oven.

    I filled application for apartments and there was an application fee of 200. But if denied received back to you. I was denied and I moved and chg banks . Went bk to info lake Castleton about my issue and gave new info and still no refund. They took my money and no response back. I need help

    on May 22nd 2024 my home bathroom had gotten flooded with ***** matter ******** water from my neighbors. I had called my apartments office to get the issue resolved & they took almost 3 days to get the ****, sewage, & gray water out of my bathroom. After i had called for maintenance the first time, no one replied or did anything(after ive called twos time already). On second day (May 23) I called again, & they sent maintenance out to fix it. Instead they made it worse & it flooded into the second part of my bathroom, from under my sink causing my carpet to be soaked in this sewage water. The morning of may 24 the issue was still there. My apartment was smelling absolutely rancid by then. I came to check on my apartment on may 24 around 1 pm, & the my bathtub had been cleaned out. But there was still dirty water on my floor, all throughout my carpet in my apartment, stains left on my ******* ******** under my sink, & in my toilet. & some of my bathroom accessories were now ruined. On may 25th my apartment had finally been carpet cleaned & everything else properly cleaned (after numerous calls ive had to make) my carpet is drenched & it smells like mildew all in my home. So its still not habitable. property manager had told me i would receive half a month to a full month Now its june 5. I had called & even went up the office to leave a message. I was receiving no calls back. no one was answering my calls. & Today i was just told I would not be receiving any compensation towards rent & that ill be expected to pay **** rent in full. Despite the pain & suffering i was caused in this ********** stress they had caused me. Ive been treated so unfairly & poorly by the apartments that i live in. They were not taking this matter seriously AT ALL, since the first time i called them to the last time. Even after explaining how every health code was being broken they still seemed to not care at all. *** asked for their corporate ********** was told they dont have it.

    My AC has been out for 3 weeks. Office staff told me that they would "be there when they get there" and that they couldn't recharge my AC until the temperature outside reached the high 70s and 80s. HVAC specialists have told me this is untrue and even after days of high temperatures, no attempt was made. Now the building is being painted (could take up to two weeks per notice) and my windows are taped off allowing no air into my unit. I would like for my AC to be recharged and in working condition.

I finally requested a refund of only $2.10 on 12/1/23 for a dryer that didn't dry my clothes, screenshotted the confirmation, and now there's no record on the app of this refund. I called to follow up 12/11/23 and was on hold nearly an hour with no one ever coming to the line. I emailed them 12/11/23 and no one ever emailed me back. I paid 12/22/23 to get my clothes washed and the machine took money again from me. I went to the office 12/22/23 and no one would help just referring me back to the 3rd party company.

    My air conditioning stopped working May 29th, 2023. I called the office and they told me they would put in a work order for me. On May 31st, no one had came to fix it, so I went to the office myself. They told me they did not have a work order for me in their system. On June **************** came for 20 minutes and could not get it fixed. They left and said theyd be back the following day. The next day came and no one showed up. I called the office and left a voicemail, no one called me back. I went into the office June 6th, and they told me that they, yet again, had no work order for me. I have called many times since then and have been in the office multiple times. They are not helping me with my issue and told me on June 14th, that it could be weeks until it will be fixed. It has been 85+ degrees in my apartment almost every day since it broke. There has only been two days since May 29th where it has been lower then 85 degrees.
