  This is the worst place to live they dont fix anything i stay on the third floor and i have a whole in my ceiling i put that order in in January and nothing or anyone has came out to fix it everytime you speak with maintenance they all say the samething were waiting on a contractor then were trying to charge me 1500 for rent i have mold and their are bed bugs. Buildings are completely nasty carpet is filthy it hasnt been changed in years just terrible 0/10 do not recommend moving here

  On my move in date I arrive at 10am. No one showed until 1030am. When I walked in I was never greeted I proceeded to communicate about it being my move in date. She goes to say we have been trying to call to let you know your date is pushed back? EXCUSE ME! No one contacted me by phone, voicemail or email. Im not really understanding at this point because WHY is my date being pushed backed without a notice a week before hand. She said she called on Thursday. If you didnt reach on Thursday what happened to Friday? I took off work thinking I was going to be able to move and my movers were WITH ME! She then tried to get me in another unit but explained no maintenance was there. I questioned that theres no maintenance on call? She stated that maintenance only comes out for emergency. This in fact is an emergency when my time has been wasted, money out of my pocket and I have to be out of the place Im at and dont have til TUESDAY! Honestly this has been the worst experience. They contacted the supervisor and was told theres nothing they can do til Tuesday! They was no apology or no compensation on there end! Rude, unprofessional and lazy! I would love to speak to someone higher up!!

  This apartment complex gets you to give them a non-refundable application fee and also a administrative application also non-refundable then after more than 50 calls sends an email a week later saying you are denied because of income in which you easily qualify. Bunch of BS! This is a case of fraud and misrepresentation. Dont be a fool and give them any money.

  This complex needs a manager that knows how to talk and work with the elderly. Just moved my mom out. Every time she had to ask for repairs she was made to feel it was her fault or it wasnt a necessity. There was always an excuse as to why it took so long to be responded to. Sept. 2022 her rent went up $80 a month and her neighbors only went up$10 monthly. Not everyone was treated fairly. After moving in she was required to pay an extra $200 more on a pet deposit that $500 was paid when sign the lease. There are many other incidents. This is not the same place that mom had lived in 2010-2014. It has gone down hill.

  This apartment complex needs to be looked at thoroughly moldy apartments being covered up and not taken care of, rent hikes way above normal, prorated rent increases when u already live in the apartment, some shady stuff is going on at this apartment complex

  Yall need to hired people that know how to pickup calls, and how to talk to people, them people rude $$$F , Imagine I spent a whole day calling the office no one pickup the **** phone, when they finally pickup they be ready to leave instead,I apply 3 week ago , they wasted my time, when I finally show up to the office talking about aint qualified, yall should been said that, Kuz yall be sending me to create portal , to put deposit and everything, Yall keep saying aint uploaded nun but I did upload it.. I waste all my money to come here I thought everything was working .. Please dont apply here bkuz they gonna ask you to do everything online and not even helping you, they gonna waste your time.

  I have lived here for almost 2 years now and to be honest with you Ive become very depressed and stressed living here. Since we have moved in I have had nothing but trouble from the plumbing backing up and flooding my apartment multiple times and having all my things messed up to the mold on the walls from water damage from rain leaking into my bedroom from the drains outside to my showers having mold in them and the sewage smelling from the drains not to mention water that has been stilling in my dishwasher for over several months now and wont drain properly its always something just recently found out we have a gas leak ans Im currently 4 months pregnant I cant live like this ans its a disgrace they would want anyone too .

  These is some whack a** apartments they approved me and sent a security deposit amount and den tried to deny me 3 days after and not only that I filed my application on July 1 Im just now getting an answer from them and its July 21st its not making since please dont move there they are stealing people money and lying to you full circlethey had me in doubt that I had the apartment for 3 weeks now and me and my 3 year old daughter is now homeless because they took too long to give me a exact answer on my applicationthe property manager is rude and disrespectful her name is *********************** please dont go to her bout your problems and not only that she denied giving ************ numberIm frustrated and extremely angry about how I was treated becuz Im black and they didnt want to give me the apartment in the first place as it seem they just wanted my money
