    Transaction was August 15, 2023. The amount paid $3000.The business in their lease said " responsibilities of the owner we shall deliver the apartment to you in compliance with this lease contract and in a safe, clean, and habitable condition. I was given a downstairs key the door is never lock and the dead bot lock is ************* of the dispute: unsanitized, uncovered outlets, f**** on the bathroom hinge and shower rob.I called Marion county board of health September 1, 2023 ************************* came out on the same day September 1, 2023 she done a inspection and wrote down all my violations, I took my move in and out inspection form to the manager ***************************** on September 1, 2023 to waterside at ********** ********** was in total denial, that I call the Marion county board of health, and muesing corporate I was told to speak with *****. I left two massage no reply.********** e mail me September 7, 2023 and said I can be release from my lease once I write a e mail to the board of health and sent a copy to her. On September 25, 2023 i sent the board health, and a copy for manager. Board of help said let them know that I need time to search for an appointment. I ************************* is asking for my $587.00, deposit $300.00, $41.00 utility fee, $ ***** insurance administration fee, and $ ***** for September e premium insurance fee, and ***** rent for September. I am disabled and on a fix income social security benefits.Thank You ************************* **************
