      On February 18 2022, I opened ticket number ****** regarding KLIPSCH REFERENCE R-51-M BOOK speakers. I purchased these speakers from Best Buy in ************, ** on November 7, 2021. One speaker is crackling and get's distorted at medium levels. It's not usable in it's current state. I requested a warranty exchange. I followed up 4 times using the Klipsch.com/support site since the initial ticket was opened. I received one email response on March 2nd stating:Due to heavier than usual traffic, we are a little slower in our responses, but we have not forgotten about you! We will respond as soon as we can, and apologize for any inconvenience.I've tried to contact the company numerous times via phone at ************, waiting over 30 minutes on hold, before giving up. I would like them to issue the necessary documentation/RMA so I can exchange the speakers at Best Buy for a working set.

      Purchase 2 sets of Bar 48 Sound bars with subwoofers from Klipsch on 12/26/21 for $598. One set worked fine, on the other set the subwoofer quit working with 15 minutes of plugging it in. Tried calling support which never answered. Looked online and tried all listed remedies. Submitted the following request to support on 1/31/22:"Subwoofer worked for a few minutes then quit working. Blue light does not come on, have tried holding down the pair button but it doesn't do anything, tried plugging into different known good wall outlets, reseated the cable, etc. It does not do anything. Please advise. We purchased 2 of these and the other is working fine. Order #*********"Received the following response:"Thank you for contacting Klipsch! We are currently closed, but your request (support.klipsch.com/hc/requests/297462) has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff as soon as possible when we resume business."On 2/7/22 I replied to the email because after a week we had never heard from anyone. On 2/9/22 received the following response:"Due to heavier than usual traffic, we are a little slower in our responses, but we have not forgotten about you! We will respond as soon as we can, and apologize for any inconvenience.Have a good day!"It is now 2/27/22, 2 months since we purchased and 4 weeks since we initially requested support and we have still NEVER been contacted to resolve this issue. We simply want the subwoofer replaced or our money back. We were sold a faulty unit and want the issue resolved.

      They reached out the next day after the complaint and sent out a replacement unit and a return shipping label for the faulty unit. We have shipped the faulty unit back. I am satisfied with the result, thank you.

      Purchased warrantied product that stopped working within weeks. Support tickets and my follow *** are going completely unanswered. I'm now seeing multiple reviews from customers with the same problem that never got a resolution. I just wanted to exchange my product but now Id rather have a refund to purchase a different brand.

      We purchased a Klipsch soundbar system from ***********. We have had issues with it working and have reached out several times to Klipsch customer support. We are getting barely getting responses back from them and no resolution whatsoever. We have jumped through every hoop they have asked us to and are currently dealing with a sound system that only works intermittently

      In September 11, 2020 from **** Club I purchased KLIPSCH 48 Sound ************** Subwoofer for $300. I rarely used it as it was in a room I only go in for special occasions. In October ********************************************************************** November I took a look at it and realized that the subwoofer would not power on at all. I have hardly used it. I reached out to Klipsch November 20th and they responded they was closed and will review the next business day. I received an email from them on December 2nd stating that they have not forgotten about me and will respond back as soon as they can. I replied back on December 11th with the following message:I mean this is going on almost a month and I still have no response back other than that you are slow. I have had this issue going on for months and I would like to get this resolved, especially since I have only had it a little over a year and now it is paperweight. Here it is December 18th and they have not reached out or tried to contact me at all about my issue. I have read from other sites and from other complaints that this was an ongoing issue with their subwoofers. I would like a full replacement of my product that I rarely used.

      I have been trying to contact with about a Warrenty replacement for my computer speakers. ****** says their offices are open but when I call it claims they are closed. I sent an email 5 days ago with no answer. Ive been on hold for almost an hour at a different number for them and no answer. My ticket number with them is Ticket#******. Ive never had this much trouble getting a hold of a company.

      I purchased a Klipsch Subwoofer via Amazon on January 3, 2018 for $719. The subwoofer has a known power supply issue that causes the subwoofer to shut off after a few minutes of use. This originally happened some time ago, but I thought I had an issue with the wireless adapter on the unit, and eventually found that was not the case once I tried a wired connection and began searching the internet for solutions. I emailed the company on September 3rd to see what options I had available to get this device working. I have emailed 4 times since this date, Sept. 14th, Oct. 11th, Oct. 23rd, and Oct. 26th, to no avail. I did receive a generic email on Sept. 15th stating they had heavier than usual traffic and were a "little slower" in responding. After looking into the cases opened with Klipsch on BBB, it looks like this is a common theme.
