            Had the owner call me yesterday, June 17, 2024 and told me over the phone. He was willing to fix my *** if I had it towed to him I agreed and said I would have it brought to him the next morning which is today 18 June and he said OK. I get on the phone and have a Wrecker pick up the car from a *** dealership service center and bring it to him so I give a complementary phone call to Daves to let them know the car is on its way and then ******* calls me back 10 minutes after I got off the phone with her and said for unknown reasons they cant take on any more work or this car. So now Im sitting here with $175 tow bill just to the shop plus another 100 to deliver it back to ***. This is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with any kind of reputable service shop , beware of this place. Also beware when having your car towed to them.Its just very weird to me that they are not willing to give me an explanation on why theyre not willing to work on my wifes car

            We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, after our first conversation, on the same afternoon, the city of ************ requested that we close our shop at our current location. Due to this sudden and really unexpected situation, we cannot receive any customers at this time while we are in the process of finding a new one.
            We understand your frustration, especially since you had already arranged for your car to be towed. Our office manager, ******, tried to explain the situation, and also reimburse you for your costs and but it seems there was a misunderstanding or disconnection during the call.
            We did not have an official schedule set for your visit, which is why we could not inform you earlier. We deeply regret the inconvenience this caused to you.
            We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate through these huge challenges for a small local business minority owned and operated. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns or questions.
