Everdry worked on our home December *****. They did the did the multi-step system and while they were digging with shovels by hand, they hit our sewer pipe. They did not tell us. An Everdry supervisor later admitted the ******* knew they hit something. We noticed our tub gurgling while flushing on 12/28-12/29. I called a plumber who came the following Monday 1/3/22. That is when we found out about the sewer line. We have not had any plumbing issues at all in the nearly 6 years we have owned the home. When I called Everydry to tell them, they apologized and said they would make sure it is fixed. The first time the plumbers came, Everdry wrote a check to compensate us for that visit. Then they had their handyman attempt to fix the issue. I had the city inspect it and it was not passed. I had my original plumbers come back out who did the work correctly and it passed city inspection, but still didn't solve the issue. That cost $3000 which we paid for out of pocket. Everydry said they were sending us a check on 2/24/22, but we have yet to receive it as of 3/10/22. We had a completely different plumbing company come out to try to fix the issue which cost us another $1000 out of pocket. Both plumbing companies have said we need a full home re-pipe because they cannot figure out the issue. It will cost at least another $3000 to have our house re-piped. We were never offered a hotel for the 4 days we could not stay at our home because we couldn't use the water during that time. We had to stay with family and at a hotel. We purchased most of our meals out because we couldn't ****. The main sewer line is now fixed and our general plumbing mostly works (still hearing gurgling) but we have had to pay to go to the laundromat since January 2nd to do laundry because of these issues. We had other issues but those pale in comparison to the plumbing issue.
