Dottie couture posted with little notice that their boutique was closing and they were having a liquidation sale. I purchased one jacket and 2 pair of shoes for about $90 on October 10th, and received a tracking number. When going to the tracking number on *** website it says that the label was made but the products were never dropped off to ***. To this day if I go to the tracking number it says the same message. I have emailed 3 times, messaged their Instagram page, and the owners personal Instagram page and gotten no response. I am at a loss for what to do at this point. Im clearly never getting the products I just want my money back. I can provide receipts and tracking number along with screenshots.

I've been a Dottie Couture customer for several years. They run gift card sales a few times a year. On September 15th, I purchased $100 in gift cards. They abruptly closed on October 11th and the website and store were cleared out within a few hours. I was unable to use the gift cards and remaining store credit because of this. I attempted to contact the business through ********* phone, and at the store with no response.

Dottie Couture Boutique offered a buy a gift card, get one free promo on 9/15/22. Customers could spend $50, and get $100 of store credit. I never received my $100 gift card and had to reach out to the company. They said they had difficulty issuing gift cards due to the high volume of gift cards purchased. They eventually sent me a gift card number that I could supposedly use. On 10/11/22, 26 days after their gift card promo, they announced they would be closing on 10/14/22. However, they closed their doors very quickly and much sooner than they had originally stated, giving customers no opportunity to spend their store credits. Dottie Couture wont respond to emails and wont answer their phone. Shortly after announcing they were closing they also took down all social media accounts. Dottie Couture Boutique scammed people by running a promo and then quickly closed their doors before customers could spend their credit.

The owner closed the shop leaving me with $157.08 worth of store credit - as that is how she deals with returns. An email was sent on 10/11/22 that the store would be closing on 10/14/22. Tried to use credit on-line and at store on 10/11/22 - all on-line items were removed and store was empty.

I received an email on October 11th at 12:45 pm from Dottie Couture Boutique stating that they are having a liquidation sale and closing their doors after 13 years in business. The last day for website and store will be Friday October 14th. So my biggest problem is that after they sent out this email they got bombarded with calls and messages because they just recently ran their gift card promo where if you buy a gift card for $50 you got $50, if you bought one for $100 you got $100 credit on your Dottie account to use at their store or online. So what happens now??! People are just out their money?? I logged in a found my account balance and took a screenshot of it. I also have they email from them stating they are closing.
