    My vehicle was bought 7/30/24 from ** ****** Buick GMC. I had previously added 1 quart of oil around 1200 miles after purchasing the vehicle from its original oil change done at this dealership. Starting on 9/20/24 I started bringing my 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan to Tom Wood Volkswagen for an oil consumption problem, because the light had come on again after adding a quart of oil already. For the convince of location, and because the car is still covered under factory warranty. The first time the car was taken in, the check oil level light was on and they stated that when that comes on the car is about quart low on oil and I had approximately put about 1900 miles since the last oil change and only about 600 miles from adding the 1 quart of oil. According to this dealership, within Volkswagen spec is burning a 1/2 quart of oil every 600 or 1 quart every 1200 miles so my vehicles is already falling within this. Except when receiving paper work back it falsely states I had only gone through a single quart in 7k miles. With this I showed them the CarFox and service records from ** ****** Buick GMC showing the date and also the milage at which these services were done and they said they couldn't change it. Instead of fighting this me and the service advisor determined that it would be best to get an oil change done to prove that the vehicle is burning oil so on 10/11/24 I brought in the vehicle and got an oil change at ***** miles. Everything went fine until 11/14/24 when the light came back on at ***** miles. Which is 993 miles and under Volkswagen's spec for fuel consumption so today 11/15/24 I brought my vehicle in and they at first said that German vehicle just burn oil and it is normal and when I pushed back on this they decided to take a look but when I received a call back it was again bad new that my factory warranty isn't going to cover a oil consumption test because the previous owner had already had one started but not finished. Leaving with no answers...

    Purchased 2021 ****** rogue lease with extended warranty. Transaction went smoothly. No issues. We are happy with the car, and most important my wife is comfortable with the vehicle, Paid for the extended warranty because we are older and think will have less issues on any defects.

    I appreciate that ****************************** communicates prior to and during appointments. I wish the online appointment site was more simple; that I didn't have to make so many choices before scheduling an appointment. Doing so is ok for tech savvy folks but not so for many seniors We prefer simple. The mobile check-in is convenient and saves time. I received updates while my vehicle was being serviced, and at one time, thought the text about additional needed services was non personable; but a repair rep came to talk to me immediately after receiving the text message. My billing statement was brief and precise. Oh yes, and I used one of the coupons I had received in the mail for 20% off repair services.??

    Had a very disappointing experience coming here for a recall on my vehicle. What should have been a simple recall repair turned into $800 of work that I did not want or need. I felt completely taken advantage of and conned. Staff seemed completely apathetic to my situation when I was presented with the bill. I would warn potential customers to verify what services are going to be performed before letting these people touch their vehicle.
