    My child had two dental treatments at Dr * Pediatric at their *********** location and we were asked to pay upfront. The first visit was 5/23/2022, and the claim processed by my insurance shows my responsibility was $152, but instead I was asked to pay $183. The second visit was 6/27/2022 where I was charged and paid $465.40, but the actual responsibility shown by the processed claim is only $218.60. In total, Im expecting a refund of $277.80 and the office has confirmed with me several times that they are issuing a refund on that via check but never received anything. Ive been trying to reach their billing department several times by phone but rarely did I get to speak to the person there. Weve switched the dentist because of the poor experience there but still havent received the promised refund after almost 9 months. When attempting to leave a review on ****** and ********* it didnt even allow me to post anything. What Im asking for is a refund of $277.80 via check and an apology for wasting my time to go after the refund over the past year or so. They should also allow customers to post honest reviews on ****** and *********
