    A purchase was made with Matjack: Date of Purchase = August 16, 2022, by ******************************* from Skanska. I contacted the *** personally before the order to confirm their product. The company received the payment, which was confirmed by the *** of the company. There was no receipt sent after the payment. The payment was over $4,500.00. The *** stated there would be a few weeks delay, which was expected at the time (supply chain issues). Many calls and emails were sent to request the status of the order. The first couple of months, the company did not respond back to emails (September, November) and/or phone calls. The email chain sent to Matjack shows the order, including the *** of the company thanking us for the order. The order was for (2) Matjacks, (1) Controller, (5) Hoses, (1) Regulator. Then every time we could/would make contact, the business could not find the order that was placed. The business has never tried to resolve the issue, even after discussing the situation with multiple people. We are requesting to have the order filled, we do not need any refund.
