I signed contract and gave a down payment of $2650 to Quest in September for a concrete patio. Contract stated work would begin in 8 to 10 weeks, weather permitting, No work has been performed, and March 2, 2023 we received a letter from Ice Miller Legal Counsel stating Quest's Board of Managers ceased normal-course business operations in December 2022. The letter received also states, to summarize, Quest does not plan to uphold any projects or pay any of it's financial obligations to it's customers or creditors.

On August 10, 2022 I provided Quest Concrete with a $23,220.00 down payment for installation of a new concrete driveway. I have not heard from them since December of 2022, despite multiple attempts to contact via text, phone and email.

Received quote for concrete porch replacement for $4500. Gave quest sales person ***** deposit for half. This was in September. They said 6 weeks for job to start. After 6 weeks I called left voice messages, and eventually a project manager called back and told me they were running behind. Since that call Ive left multiple messages, none of my calls have been returned, and business at ****** court looks to be abandoned. Since September there are multiple reviews identical to my experience.

I signed a contract with Quest Concrete - a division of Quest Exteriors in May 2022 for them to do some concrete work at my home and I paid 1/2 down. We did change the parameters of the work in June (determined I did not need to replace sidewalks as my town was going to do that) so we modified the contract and that reduced my job cost considerably. They refunded me the overpayment and kept a little over $2,000 for the job which made my contract paid in full. The contract said work would be done within 6-8 weeks. They were horrible at communicating with me. I have to follow up constantly. I felt I was very patient with this contractor. Finally frustrated I called (Oct) and spoke with **** the ** assigned to my job. Note: the salesperson no longer worked with them so this was my only means to communicate. He assured me I was on the schedule. I f/u a couple weeks later (end of Oct) and was told I was next on the schedule but they were out of materials and had no date when they would receive them. I asked for a refund of my deposit and was told by ************* would make that happen.Since then I have not received any communication and when you try and call the office number there is no answer and no way to leave a message. You get a recording and then told that the "memory is full". I even sent an email to them via their contact us path on their website (mid Nov) an no one has responded. I want my money returned as I have found another contractor and the ** advised they would do this.

Signed Contract for monolithic, pour footer for a garage floor with 192 sq. ft. block wall on July 1, 2022, with a start date of 5-7 weeks. After calling the office on July 20th, notified that due to supply issues it was moved out another 5-7 weeks and Aug 31 the project manager (****) would be on site to review project and advised a start date. Also reminded ***** that we needed to have a Building ******************* before pouring concrete.Called on Aug 30 to verify appointment and found a different Project Manager (****) was assigned to my project. He did review of project on 8/31 and said would give me a start date in a few days. Called **** and the office a week later and both said they would have the owner contact me. He did not contact me.On Sept 16, I sent email to the office contact ***** to cancel contract as it was delayed and it was getting too late in season.Sept ************************* workers showed up to work on the project without guidance. Contracted ****, said he thought he had called, they started work on foundation and forms. Quest had not obtained a Building permit, and they stopped work.Got a number for **** the owner and talked to him Oct 25th advising I was going the get the building permit, as they hadnt. I was told he had received a shipment and was trying to work on jobs to catch up.Contacted **** on Nov 4 and told him I had the building permit. But the project had to have forms, base and reinforcements done for inspection approval, before concrete was be poured. He said should be able to get working on the within 2 weeks. Since that time, I have tried to contact him and the office several times to no avail.

Signed contract for concrete patio addition in June for work to be done in **** weeks. The cost would be about $4500 so I gave them a $2000 deposit. The work has not been completed and no communications from them in months. I have called several times leaving a message and emailed the manager and no one has responded ever! I just want my money back so I can find someone else to work with. I feel like Ive been scammed by a known company.

Scheduled for Quest to install a concrete driveway extension at my home. I signed the contract and paid 50% down to get on their schedule. This was in August of 2022. As of November of 2022, no one that I dealt with prior works for this company any more and their current staff would not call me back about my project. I have since cancelled my project with them in November and requested my $1966.00 back from them since they would not perform the work. To date, they will not send my money or respond to my phone calls. Their voicemail is now listed as full.

On July 1st, 2022 check #***** for $8,725.19 made payable to Quest which was a deposit to pour a concrete porch and sidewalk cleared our account. We were assured that the work would begin promptly. We were promised updates. As of the date and time of this complaint the work has not started and we have not been updated. I have called Quest over a dozen times and have never received a call back.
