    1st meeting 8/10/23 2nd meeting Estimate 8/25/23 Deposit $5678.Finished Bathroom Vanity's, Plumbing, Baseboards, Drywall finishings. 9/18/23 6:15pm Return to install new shower glass 9/22/23 There were multiple conversations w *** about wrong size materials, unacceptable work & work not done at all. There was an attempt to correct some of the problems, but it became obvious the guys/crew were in over their ability's and could no do satisfactory work. I had to advise the workers on how to correct certain areas as they were just not familiar. The work was never completely finished and other finished work was unacceptable. I Went over all with *** (site manager)I Went over all unfinished work, damaged areas, and unacceptable completed areas with ****** (Co Owner). He never seemed concerned & was to get back with me. I was told he has already paid his crew. Why are we responsible for paying his crew for unacceptable work & damages to our home.?? None of this is logical, Like he is not responsible.. This we do not understand.We have **************** of all the ***************** We are now behind schedule selling our home. I requested verbally & in an e-mail, can they have another crew return & fix all of the problems. Indy Total Care would never respond to this.We were only offered a slight discount and that was it.We have been repairing / refinishing their work a day at a time, every day I have off for over a month.It has been a very stressful situation, phone calls that go nowhere, threats of mechanics leans if I don't pay & has caused a few sleepless nights.I was told we pay this bill or they will put a mechanics lean against our home... period..!!The work was unacceptable and we can prove this. Our problem does not seem to be Indy Total Cares concern. the lean is like extortion to us. We are powerless in this situation.
