Very bad business practice do not use this business Ese the owner got money from us supplied us with cheap products. Did not install products correctly or properly did not finish. The job left us without a functional kitchen. gave me small kitchen cabinets than what I had originally and what we had talked about.

The agreement you signed clearly stated that you have to make a payment of  $12,666 when we have done half of the line items, namely:

(1) Replacement of 204 LF rain gutters. 
(2) Remove and replace old living room, hallway, kitchen, and dining room flooring with 100% waterproof vinyl plank and underlayment. 
(3) Tear off aluminum siding from the entire house and replace it with vinyl siding. 
(4)Carpet removal and replacement in three bedrooms. 
(5) Living room, dining/ kitchen baseboards
removal and replacement 
(6) Painting of one bedroom, kitchen, and dining room 
(7) Replacement of two Interior doors and handles. 
(8) Demarcating the existing laundry area and installing shelves to fit (Convert to the pantry). 
(9) Cabinet (with handles) and countertop replacement. 
(10) Six recessed lights installed on kitchen and dining room ceilings 
(11) **************** panel 
(12) Removal of garage door

Out of the 12 line items listed above, we did 8, which is more than half; we have pictures to prove this. When we requested the payment, you and your wife decided to pay $5,000 instead of the $12,666 on the contract. You expected us to continue working, which we did until your wife asked us to work all week, including Saturday and Sunday, even though shes yet to pay for the services rendered until then. We run a business, not a charity organization.

There are also two separate change orders of $1,460 and $2,190.32 that you and your wife havent paid, so we decided to stop work until we receive our payment due.
