I wish I can give negative rating, they are scammers they send damaged, cheap and second hand products. You will never get your money back from them.

The floors I got look NOTHING like the picture online. I pulled out a piece to see it before having them installed and the piece I looked at was good.(I must have pulled out the least grey piece of the entire 1800+sqft I got) but I came home to see it installed and it is TOTALLY grey. Ive already paid for installationits already 1/2 way done. They are blaming me that I should have ordered a samplebut really THEY should have posted more accurate pictures. ****** who I spoke with said Im sorry you FEEL that way but its not a FEELING, its a matter of having eyeballs. The multitude of pictures they have of the product on their website look NOTHING like the product.

We are so sorry you feel as though the pictures on the product page are inaccurate and don't show the color well. If color is really important we highly recommend ordering a sample but certainly cannot make anyone order a sample. Normally when people dislike the color of the flooring it is before it gets installed. You are saying that you inspected the flooring before it was installed and it looked good and now that is installed you don't like the color. The pictures on the product page is as close as we can get it. Everyone's monitor is different and set with different settings so there is no way for us to predict how it will look on other peoples monitors that is why it is important to order samples.

Would not recommend. Floors To Your Home begin with great customer service and everything delivered on time and work done as scheduled. I Purchased the flooring in April 2023. The flooring was installed on May 3, 2023. Within 4 months in September (8th) the flooring was raising in two places and some of the boards had to be replaced. Again, in January there was a gap in a different place in the flooring, causing injury if I walk barefoot. The installer said he was going to let the store know there was a problem with the flooring breaking at the connector locking. This was the third time in less than a year of new flooring. This time Floors To Your Home told me the next step would be to hire an independent inspector (a company they selected) to make a determination as to why my floor has had 3 places so far where it has come apart. I was sent a form Permission to Engage Certified Inspector stating My signature below indicates that I give permission for Floors To Your Home to engage a certified inspector (certified for the type floor/installation that I have purchased), to determine whether or not my floor contains any manufacturing/installation defects. This form requested my credit card information in advance of the floor inspection authorizing Floors To Your Home to bill and not dispute the charge for $750 if inspection does not show any manufacturing defects. The installer had already showed me the problem was the connector were breaking apart. How can the inspector hired by Floors To Your Home be non-biased? I was only asking for my floor to be repaired. Now the transitions in the doorway are lifting with dry glue showing. This was simply a request for them to do the right thing and ensure the quality of the work. So disappointing as I had planned to used them again.

Hi *********, thank you for reviewing our company and we are so sorry you are having an issue with your flooring. When there is something wrong with your flooring there has to be an independent inspection done by an independent inspector - unfortunately it is our policy and the policy of the manufacturers. This will determine what is happening with the flooring and why it is happening. We do have a process (which seems to be what you are mentioning in your review) set up to help customers hire an independent inspector but please understand they do not work for us in any capacity. You are also welcome to hire your own independent inspector as long as they are certified and comes from the approved list from the national institute of certified floor covering inspectors. Again we do apologize you are having issues with your flooring but this is the process we have to go through to determine what is wrong with the flooring.

Would not reccomend. We needed an extra 3 boxes of Pergo vinyl floor could not find it locally so we drove 6 hours (round trip) from ************* to pick it up. When contractor went to install the product was defective and cracking and breaking. Asked to return 3 unopend boxes and was told they do not do returns that are less than 4 boxes per store policy. We were never told this. Also. there was a 25% restocking fee and a 3% credit card penalty. Basically held our $275.00 hostage. Do not do business with this company.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Our minimum order requirement of 4 boxes for sold materials is in place to maintain operational efficiency within our inventory. This ensures that we can effectively manage our resources and provide the best service to our customers across all our locations. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If possible, we would have included a photo of your receipt showing the stipulation for a minimum return of 4 factory-sealed cartons within 30 days of payment/purchase. Additionally, our policy outlines a restock charge of 25%, and a 3% service charge for returns or cancellations, covering expenses incurred from credit card processing. While we almost always waive the 25% restock fee for in-store returns versus online orders, the 3% service charge helps offset the fees imposed by credit card companies during return transactions. We understand that these policies may seem intricate, but they are in place for specific reasons, and we strive to ensure they are communicated effectively to our valued customers. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We appreciate your understanding.

The worst buying experience Ive ever encountered in my life. After three days of back and forth emails about who I am and where I live my order was cancelled because my shipping address was not the same as my billing address. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

we verify orders placed to make sure that the owner of the card (normally the billing name and address) is aware of the fact that we are shipping to a different name and/or address, when there are 2 distinct addresses on the order. In this particular case there was one name as the billing and the shipping was a different name, address, city and state. With the increased occurrences of online credit card fraudulent activities, we need to make sure that the person paying actually knows they are being charged. In this case, the gentleman that we were communicating with (the receiver of the merchandise NOT the cardholder), was not able to provide any proof that he/they had any connection whatsoever with the billing address. Further, we were not able to confirm with any online resource, including but not limited to the official county records searches available to the public, that there was any connection to the billing address. The funds for the order were never collected/charged, and the order was cancelled due to a lack of our ability to verify the card owner. Even though this cancellation occurred due to our verification process, we reserve the right to accept or deny any order placed. This is clearly spelled out in our terms, conditions, and policies, available online.

We had hardwood flooring put in our our main areas of our home last year in March/April. Around June/July we noticed that the flooring was starting by to buckle and show some waviness. We reached out to FTYH and worked with *****. She had the flooring guy come out and inspect what was happening. He determined at that point that there was not enough expansion space for the flooring so they had the crew come out and recut expansion joints throughout the house. We waited a few months to see if it would lay back down.****** and the floor guy came back out to reinspect the floor. ****** had an independent flooring inspector come. They paid for the inspection. Our flooring was a cabin grade so it didnt have warranty but the installation was warranted. Our inspection report did note that due to improper acclimatizing and improper installation with not enough expansion joints, that was the reason for the buckling and waviness. Once the report was back we worked with ****** and **** agreed to give us a credit for the amount we had spent on product originally and they would of course cover the installation of new flooring and removal of the bad flooring. We had to chose a different flooring because our original product was no longer available. We decided to go with LVP and underlayment. ***** was good about communicating with us and helping us pick out new flooring. Everything was delivered on time and the install crew showed up when they were supposed to. The crew worked all day to remove the wood flooring and to install the new flooring. They cleaned up after themselves well and did not leave a mess. While we loved our hardwood flooring and it breaks our heart to have to have switched it out, which is why we give 4 stars. We are thankful that the company and ***** worked with us to resolve our issue even past our original installation warranty time. If we need to do flooring again we will continue to do business with FTYH. Our new flooring looks great!
