    Owner *********************** pulled a GUN (07/19/2022) out on my husband for trying to get answers to why they are providing such poor customer service. Police were called and a report was filed, however; *********************** fled the scene once the police arrived. Officer search the warehouse and were unable to find the Owner ***********************. We have had this A/C unit for over 7 years (with a 10 year warranty). Every year when the seasons change we have to get the A/C unit repaired. The repairs are always half done and there is always a promise of returning to completely fix the issues. In an attempt to get our A/C unit serviced (for the 13th time) we have been told by *****, who runs the office we would no longer service our A/C unit. ***** is extremely unprofessional and has a rude habit of belittling us. She has also lied about text messages we were send *********************** in response to her behavior. The issue is ******* no longer wanting to services our A/C which is still under warranty. Also, ***** has denied us the right to get our paperwork regarding the 10 year warranty agreement. We are extremely disgusted with this company.

    Purchased a new AC unit 2 years ago. Scheduled service when ac went out. First appt was 4 days later . On the day of appt, no show and no call. I rescheduled for next day. Tech gets ac runningwithin 30 min after he leaves its out. He says he will come back no show. I Called next day and scheduled new appointment. Tech shows, leaves to get a part saying he will be back in an hour. Office calls 3 hrs later.. can come back next day and will cost $600 for parts now. When my husband calls office person questioning diagnosis and no shows for 3 consecutive days she tells us to just get service somewhere else. Messages left for owner and calls are not returned. Zero stars.. save yourself the no shows and per their request get service somewhere else.

    When the initial call was received from the customer we explained we were booked out and that her labor warranty with our company had expired. She was advised she could contact any local ****** dealer to complete her repair. She agreed to wait until the next available appointment. The issue found was a broken wire from a thermostat the customer had installed causing a short to the unit. We explained that would not be covered by the parts warranty due to it was not a defect in the product. Our tech notified the customer he would be back that day, if we had the part in stock. We did not have the part in stock and had to wait for our supplier to obtain it back in their stock. Customer was upset we could not return the same day and was again advised she could contact any ****** authorized dealer to complete the repair.

    The response doesnt address the no show, no call back, office telling us to get Service somewhere else or the fact we were quoted $600 for a part we didnt need. We had another reputable company come out and found that the tech from all season had wired the unit incorrectly ,blown the fuse and charged me $178 then when it didnt work after he left. he quoted $600 when the part needed was $30. We never installed any new equipment after installation of the unit per their response. . All lies.. so disappointing. Customer beware,!
