Our first experience with B&W - to install a new dishwasher - was a 10/10. I was able to get a estimate for the work prior to scheduling service, booking online was very convenient and Max did a flawless job with installation. Definitely will be using them again in the future!

Recently Max came out to resolve a drainage problem. He diagnosed the issue and did his best to resolve the problem. In the end I had to use an alternative method to remove the clog. But Max was very helpful in explaining the situation and willing to answer any questions. I would recommend B&W Plumbing and will use them again.B&W Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drains, LLC

When I had a plumbing problem, the team was timely, efficient and friendly to resolve the problem, office staff was also very there to help with scheduling and answer questions. Called at 8:30 AM Monday morning and had someone at my door by 10: 15 AM. DT arrived on time and quickly corrected the issue with the sump pump. He checked the backup pump and advised me how the pumps worked. Was done and out the door by 10:45 AM. The cost of the work is worth the peace of mind knowing that the sumps are ready for the spring rains.B&W Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drains, LLC
