  Just moved into an arbor home and as I am painting and decorating Im noticing everything thats wrong with the house the icing on the cake is that the previous family for years that lived here didnt notice that the hot and cold lines for the washer and dryer are wrong and miss labeled , basic rule is hot is on the left simple plumbing basics , as well as none of the walls are straight they have divots where the base board separates like the dry wallets couldnt follow a straight line this also goes for the ceiling where you can clearly see its uneven throughout the house , ever the trim on the stairs is uneven terrible craftsmanship, they clearly have no ************* at this GC or he has low standards , couple that with the inspector not doing a proper job, perfect match for a high cost rip off, should be a shame to the themselves tradesman on any of the houses they build.

  One of the worst companys I have worked with. Rude, did not care, said one thing to real customers in and then did the exact opposite making us not able to live and build our dream home. I would never in a million years want to work with them and I do not recommend them to anyone else. I dont even want to give them a 1 star because they deserve nothing. They did not reach out I had to continuously contact them. All they want is your money and time. We waisted several months with them to end up with no home. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate that even though it was THERE fault for not understanding and getting information about the laws and regulations. The used a tactic to reel people in and then make them back out of buying there home a-couple months before close. When you try to talk to them they are rude and want to do nothing to help. Please do not work with them, they are a scam and will waste your time!!

  I recently decided it was time to look for a new home. ** ******* one of the sales managers for Arbor Homes is amazing! She guided me through the whole process and helped me find my dream home. She was very professional and prompt with returning my phone calls and messages. I could not have asked for any better service!

  Closed on a new build in ************** in Oct 2024 in **********************. We just found out that there is an *** in effect we were not told about. We feel deceived by this . We were planning on putting up a shed and the *** says no sheds allowed.Very disappointed in the developers for not telling the salespeople about the *** so we the buyers could have had the option of looking else where knowing what the terms of the *** were before going into contract with them.

  I moved in 2 weeks ago and everything is perfect and the condition of the house is so good. The finish inside and outside of the house from the floor and cabinets to the paint is beyond what I expected. It will be such a beautiful community once all the homes are completed in my community. thank you Arbor and special thanks to ***************** for helping me select and finish my home.

  I have been living in the new subdivision in *******************************, Trails of ************, for nearly 2 years with my 3 sons and puppy. I need to expose the predatory nature of Arbor Homes building company. They are rapidly building homes here on the east side of ************ and did a quick job on my plumbing install when building it 2 years ago. Now there is a broke pipe near my transition line that has caused blockage leading to a horrific sewage backup into my home. This is the second time in less than a month that this has happened and I have used 25 towels, 4 comforters to clean it up. Yesterday th The mediation team came out *** stripped down my walls *** floors and haven't been back or communicated with me. I'm calling and texting Arbor but they will not give a timeline for when will fix everything. My house still under home warranty until October. I believe they are trying find a way to get out of this. Despite my request, Arbor does not plan to replace my personal items or accommodate our living arrangement while they fix everything. We are living at risk of the pipes backing up again at any flush now!

  We were not sure if buying a new house was the way to go, based on some of the horror stories we had heard from others in the past. We are very happy with our new home from Arbor. Sure some hiccups during the process, but due to the help from ******************* (Sales) and ***************************** (Con. Mgr.), and working with them helped to smooth things out well.

  Junairah has been helping my clients seamlessly through the start of building their new home! She is very knowledgeable and super inviting/positive in her communications. She has been able to answer our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner and kept everything on schedule to move forward :) Would definitely recommend working with her for all your Arbor building needs.

  ******** has been amazing throughout this entire experience! My husband and I had so many questions as this is our first home and she was able to answer every single question we had! ***** at the design center was also wonderful, she was easy to talk to and helped us ensure we were getting everything we wanted in our new home!

  Arbor Homes - Abbey ***** and **************************!!! Arbor Homes makes it SO easy to understand the process that goes into building a home! They have very specific guidelines and information for the buyer. Things move along like clockwork once the ball gets rolling!I have never built a home and have had the most positive and engaging experience with *****************************, the Community Sales Manager. She is patient and kind. She answers all of the questions she is able to, and finds answers for the others. ******** will text or email so that you, the buyer, are up-to-date on all that needs to be done or known. ******** has made this entire process SO easy for me!!!What a positive and rewarding experience home building can be with Arbor Homes and *****************************!!! ??
