    I had a great time working with this group to sell my home. They were very clear in their communication with myself and my family. We had a couple title issues to get through, but those were all handled swiftly and didnt cause any worry. Im impressed with their professionalism and care they had for me, easy to talk to, and very personable. I would highly recommend this company for anyone struggling to sell their home through a traditional real estate agent, these guys are the real deal!

    My ********** worked with ******** at *************************** made the home selling process seamless. Losing a loved one is hard enough, having to navigate selling the property you inherited can be a complete headache. We appreciate **********************************

    I did a contract with this company yo sell my home. I decided yo terminate the contract with the business. The owner **** emailed me advising I had no out and and that they will take legal action against me because I did not want to sell my home to them. I want to the company and talked to the other owner **** explained why I did not want to proceed forward with their company after standing at the door for 30 mins before allowed to come inside. I was advised by **** they would get it sorted out and come up with something. They had **** contact me, asked me to pay them 2500 to get out of the contract and also contacted the other buyer to get another 2500 from them. With an agreement they decided to back out of the 2500 and get 5000 from me to cancel the contract. **** kept stating he was having meeting with **** and **** about the initial agreement of 2500. They kept playing so many games and took 5000 to not place a clout on my title to sell my home. This company does not stick to the agreement and wants to strong arm you and make it like you misunderstood anything they advise. Do not sell your home to them bad business!!!

    These people never give up, calling/texting night and day after day, after day. Then, when I offer them a chance to buy the rental business they continually call about, they tell you they dont want it!!! Its laughable and sad. This is an outright scam. Find a reputable company. There are many out there, but this is not one. Based on the limited interaction Ive had with them, I would never do business with them.

    Like everyone else we fell for thier cash offer and signed a contract. They just dangle that carrot and never act on anything. One thing they are good at is hiding from you after you sign a contract with them.
