    In 2023 we contracted with Homecare Irrigation to do our spring startup and fall shutdown services. In the fall, I received an email from **** stating he would be in our area on "Monday, September 24th", however September 24th 2023 was actually a Sunday. Regardless, he never showed up on Sunday the 24th or on Monday the 25th. I sent him repeated emails to get clarification on when he would actually be coming to do our shutdown and never got a response.Over a month later, on October 26th, I gave up and hired someone else to do the work.When I (laughably) received a proposal to do our 2024 service I just ignored it and went with the competitor who was actually responsive. The other company did both our startup and shutdown services last year. I am now receiving invoices from Homecare for spring 2024 startup which they never did. I have tried emailing them about it and never got a response. I tried calling their business phone and get a message that their voice mailbox is full. I just received a letter in the mail about it from a *** ******** asking me to call her about it, but the number in the letter is not a valid phone number.This is borderline harassment at this point, and I have no idea how this operation is managing to stay in business.

    In November I prepaid the company $270 to open and close our irrigation system in 2023. In Mid May I had not heard anything about scheduling the open. I emailed and attempted to call the business phone. No one responded for more than a week. The person who responded told me that my sprinklers had been opened on May 15th. This was demonstrably false. She then said that they would be out on the 24th of May. I asked when as I would need to be home to open the garage where the controllers is located. She said I would need to text the technician and find out when he was on the way. I told her that was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund of the $270. In an email she said she would send a refund. I have emailed twice since then as no refund has arrived. No response from this company at all.
