3 starsI'd rate them a solid 3 out of 5 stars. The people are fantastic - genuinely warm and professional, and the product itself is top-notch. However, they've frequently burnt my lawn and their solution was suggesting that we "take a break" for a year since they were unable to prevent their technicians from causing the burn. 5 starsAwesome!Look, *** used many different lawn care companies over the years. They are all the samethey use harsh chemicals that make your lawn look good, but your lawn requires the continued use of the chemicals to continue to look good. Too many times a newbie would burn the yard by not properly applying the chemicals.TLC is FANTASTIC! They are as organic as possible and believe me, it makes a huge difference. You may pay a bit more for their service, but please believe me, it is so worth it. We used them for several years at our old house and we had the best years in the neighborhoodby far! Our new home (existing home) had an awful yard, full of dandelionsI mean full of dandelions, as well as crab grass. Literally within one year, the improvement of our yard was night and day different. Now, two ******* in, we have one of the best yards in our new neighborhoodlush, lush, lush lawn!I swear by TLC and recommend them to anyone and everyone! Be patient, give them at least one year to get your yard turned around. By utilizing organic materials, your soil is brought back to its healthy state, thus your yard will thrive, without harsh chemicals!Review fromGe R

5 starsHave been a customer for 4 years and have had great results from their products and services. The service technicians really care and address any questions or concerns you have. Currently 5 neighbors are TLC customers. Recently had the aeration and seeding service and was given detailed instructions for caring for the new grass. Water your yard and cut it high and you will have a beautiful lawn. I highly recommend TLC Total Lawn Care.Review fromChristina B

I absolutely love this family-owned company. They started in 1989 and going strong today for their advertising is word of mouth therefore the customers do not need to pay the overhead of advertising like the other large corporate companies.I asked the owner how they stay afloat in the winter for their staff, they still are doing things but even if the staff only works 30 hours a week he pays them for ******************************************************************** taking care of them. As I look at the larger companies my neighbor uses and this steep price, my yard looks better than theirs, I believe this is due to the organic ingredients they use. This is also pet safe. I can't say enough about TLC and will always them.Total Lawn Care, Inc.
