      08/26/2022 56th ******** St After many years and countless amounts of money.. My family will no longer support this location. Art (manager) was extremely rude, asked if I planned to tip on a delivery order and hung up on me. I contacted **** at the corp office to file a complaint. Hopefully, **** will get Art the proper customer service training that he needs.

      Went to liquor store on 6-28-22 around 6:00 pm. Asked for Rare Breed. Asked the gentleman how much was it he said $44. Told him okay. When it rang up, it rang up $59. Told me they couldnt give it to me for that price and took the tag off. Called the manager *******. Who said I cant sell it to you for that price and acted like she didnt care it was marked wrong you want it or not type mentality and was not professional at all. Called **** Mcellwee He was even worse when it comes to management. I would like the owner to know that is bad business and how they are putting a bad reputation on his store. I will not stop until I can find the owner of this store.
