- An intake form is necessary for treatment. There will be a $30 invoice sent for clients who have not cancelled within 12 hours of your appointment. There is prepaid parking available or metered parking. Parking is $1.50/ hr. Sessions are available outside of posted hours for an additional fee. Sessions are by appointment only, office doors remain locked. Mobile massage and events are available, sessions located more than a 10 mile radius from the office will have additional fees.
