    I started out at noon by calling ***************** Ram sales department to buy a $70000 truck. We requested multiple times through the person in sales that I was sent to when I asked for sales to have a salesperson call us and that I had my own financing already set up it was going to be an easy sale for someone and I would take the truck sight unseen. That is also the point at which she told me that truck had an additional $2000 incentive cash on it. I told her great I would take it I just needed someone to write it up and send me a purchase agreement for my bank and we would get it knocked out. This all took place at noon. I called multiple times throughout the day because we still hadnt heard from anyone. My first call back from anyone at your dealership came at 5:51 that evening. At this point I missed the call because I was on the phone with the receptionist again still trying to get someone to call me. When I got off the phone with her I called the missed call back and it took me to sales manager ****. I had my phone on speaker so my wife could hear and I had a friend with us as well. The sales manager had an attitude and was argumentative with me from the get go. He wrote it up and added the extras in that I did not want because he said if I wanted that truck I would have to take them he also said that that truck did not have any incentive cash available for it and that it did have a $2500 dollar guaranteed trade in allowance and if I wanted anything off this truck I would have to trade something in. I agreed to trade something in and agreed to all his add ons the he said he would not sell me anything because he was afraid that I would leave a bad review with the Ram survey and he wasnt going to let do that. My friend that was present when sales manager **** called said I would not buy from them because of his attitude and argumentative way when he finally called us. I have never had a worse experience trying to buy a vehicle.

    I contacted them from a vehicle I found on autotrader. Upon looking at the carfax it was clear the mileage was higher than listed. I asked the associate about it and was told yes it's wrong on the site. I asked if the price would reflect the updated mileage and was told I'd have to come in ( 3 hour drive) to negotiate. Seems misleading and wrong to still have the vehicle posted on numerous platforms a day later when it was brought to their attention yesterday. Many others have said they were lied to about vehicles being available just to get a customer in. I fully believe it. Wouldn't ever buy from here.

    The service department is the worst! My truck has been with them since the 23 of January! ****** tells me today it hasn't been looked at yet when I know it has. I will never go back!

    Bought a vehicle they didn't give me what they said on trade then added a bunch of stuff that where I live wont take says they don't pay for ******* charged me **** and 400 for theft talked to manager he laughed dint go their rip off

    I purchased a 2021 jeep Wrangler. Two months later on the hottest days of the year the air went out. I took my jeep back to the place I purchased it from. They were rude dismissive and kept talking about a warranty. Even after the finance guy came with my warranty the guy still said I'm going to dot all my i's and cross all my T's, we are going to have to call and make sure the air conditioner is covered. It was like they had a personal vendetta against me. They said they had a shuttle but when I get there they don't know when the shuttle will be back it's in ***** They don't know what I should do. So I purchase a 50 thousand dollar truck from you and you know what to do I can get anything I want but when I bring it back because of no air I can't get decent service because I am a woman and I'm black. The manager of the service department lied and said I said I was going to shoot him. Being black that could have went all wrong. Then I asked several times for the ** who never came Never. I clearly have a warranty on a 2021 the car alone has a 100 thousand mile warranty it's no where near 100 thousand miles on this truck. I also purchased a extended warranty. Then they come with if it hasn't been so many days I think 72 the warranty hasn't kicked in. Imma have to pay for it to be put on a diagnostic. It was the lying for me why would he lie and say I said I was going to shoot him? & If someone threatens you shouldn't you call the police. Why would they treat me this way? Why would you need to see papers go get *************** and ask for papers for my warranty. Why would my warranty be any different than any of these others who purchased jeeps or cars. I won't be going back but it was the clear racism from the people In the service department I want the same respect you were giving those white people pulling up with their cars I never once heard you say anything about their warranty. Blacks have a different warranty? It's a differ.ent policy differ t service for us?

    Went here to buy a car for my wife who was recently diagnosed with epilepsy. The very next day the car wasnt running. Spoke with a manager who refused to refund ** and assured us this car would be the very 1st on his service list. 8 days later still no car and no call from service or management. Do not go here to purchase a vehicle. They are dishonest and unethical.

    Was sold an extended 3 year/100,000 mile warranty through Century Automotive with the purchase of a used vehicle in the amount of $2669. Two months later I look to cancel the warranty for a refund to discover that the application was started but then voided by the dealership. I was told this over the phone after contacting Century Automotive. I was never notified of this voided warranty nor was I ever refunded the dollar amount I was charged. These things don't happen just because, this was fraudulent business practice.

    As of right now, ***************** is withholding money owed to me. The amount is around ***** dollars. This is money owed for a vehicle that I sold them over a month ago...they advised I would received a check in the mail in no more than a week or two after the sale date but that it likely would not take more than a few days into the following week after the transaction. Do not shop here.

    I advise against going to this dealership! Yesterday, while attempting to buy out my lease, the sales manager tried to sell me my truck for $4,000 more than the residual value stated in the lease agreement. When I pointed this out and showed him the contract, he claimed that the price was higher due to market adjustments.Upon leaving, the sales manager provided me with a new purchase agreement that was $3,800 less (still $200 over the contract value). He claimed that this was due to a mix-up caused by the fact that my original lease was with Champion, and they are now ******************Furthermore, the dealership was aware that I had my own financing and would not be using theirs, yet they still ran a credit check on me.I ******* a physical quote from the leasing company that indicates at the bottom that the quote is exclusively for dealer purchases to add to inventory and cannot be resold to individuals.You can check local Reddit posts to find more stories of people who have had unpleasant experiences at this dealership, as well as other ***************** locations. It's also worth noting that ***************** was implicated in a recent class action lawsuit involving doc fees.

    I went in to purchase a vehicle and they added about $5000 worth of stuff I didn't want to the vehicle. I told them I didn't want it and wanted to use my own financing and they got mad and wouldn't sell me the vehicle. I tried to call the general manager the whole next day he would not take or return my calls.
