  • Additional Info:
On October 5, 2017, a BBB employee visited the address of 401 Pennsylvania Parkway #200, Indianapolis, IN 46280 that is listed on the business's contract.  It appears the business is not at this address as the building's directory did not show a listing for this business.  On October 9, 2017, BBB called the business to try to develop basic background information.  A voicemail answered the BBB's call with just a general voicemail greeting and with no greeting identifying the business as "Fred Carrera Private Lending".  BBB left a voicemail asking the business to return our call so that we could get some basic information from them.  The business has not returned BBB's call.
