    I am submitting a complaint due to predatory business practices. I am a therapist and had a small private practice that I closed back in August 2024. I submitted an email to the company providing them notice. An email was sent with further directions. I logged into the portal to attempt to end any all services and was unsuccessful. I was then told that I would have to finish out my contract for the remainder of the year. My contract atomically restarted for 2025 that I have no use for. Ive attempted to speak with a manager as well as corporate with no luck. No ****** Ive read that there are several others that have found themselves in this never ending cycle. I am now being harassed by a lawyer on the companys behalf attempting to collect. I dont mind paying the remainder owed for 2024, but 2025 is not an option and as stated above predatory and small fine print to take advantage of small business owners.
