before purchasing anything from this website I was sure to read their return policy just in case what I ordered didnt fit or didnt meet my expectations. Their website clearly states that you can make any returns or exchanges as long as they tags are still on and it is in new condition. I ordered a dress for $69 and received it. When I tried it on the sizing was wildly off and was not even close to fitting. I have been trying to figure out how to initiate my return but can not find any process or instructions on their website. There is no option to initiate a return under my recent order, in any of the emails I received regarding my order, or on their return policy page. I have attempted to use their online customer support but never receive an answer and have attempted to contact them via email but also do not receive a response. I would like to return this dress for a refund. I also read on a Reddit thread that others had the same issue and some even said they were told they would need to pay a $150 fee just to mail the parcel back to their headquarters. This is a ridiculous scam and I want my money back.Customer Answer

*** ordered a dress i needed my daughter for prom. In it still havent arrived doesnt say shipped or anything. I reached out to them threw email in all they saying is that it was out of stock but now its in. This business is scamming customers left and right. I ordered for them and they took my money and never shipped my order. Ive reached out multiple times and they do not respond. They block my negative reviews on their site as well. I have disputed the charge with my credit card but this site needs to be removed. I order a dress on Sunday, November 26, 2023, with Sthcute that I expected to arrive to me before next Thursday when I fly out of town. In total I paid $56.89 for my order which includes one dress and the pricing of express shipment. Express shipment on the website says the address will arrive between 1-5 business days. Once Tuesday, November 28, 2023, arrived I became nervous because my order still has not been processed when I paid for express shipping. I sent an email to ******************************** and asked for an update on my order in which they told me "Dear Customer,Thank you very much for your order. We feel so sorry for keeping you wait. Usually it takes 1-2 business days for our warehouse process new orders. Our workers in warehouse are extremely hard working on packing packages. Considering you are in crunch time, here we have remarked your order to have priority on shipping. Please feel free to check the shipping update by email.Thank you very much for your kindly understanding.Best ************************ team"We are now on day 3, November 29, 2023, and my dress still has not even been processed.I am looking to obtain a refund as this website is a fraud. I purchased three items from this company. None of the items ********* trying to initiate a return. I have sent at least 10 emails and I have not gotten a response. I have tried to use the chat, which is stated as 24 hours, and it has not been available at any time, day or night. I tried to download the whatsapp, which was a second means of communication that was listed, and the number provided on the only sheet of paper in the packaging is not "linked" with the app. The website states that there is a packing slip with information on how to start a return. There was no paper. The return policy says a return must be made within 30 days. I am getting close to that time frame. There is no actual store in the ************* to make an in-person return. I purchased a dress in two sizes on 4/8/23 in the amount of $104.98 from Sthcute online. Before ordering, I checked the refund policy, which shows an ******* return address, an email address and a statement that return instructions would be provided with the shipped items. I received the dresses on 4/21/22 with an ********* return address on the packaging and no return instructions or packing slip or documentation of any kind in the package. I emailed the company on 4/21/23 to request return instructions with numerous replies attempting to dissuade my return, but I eventually received return instructions to *****. I questioned the ******* address shown on the website and requested return to anywhere in the **, but they refuse to respond to the question about the ******* return address and set up an auto-reply that they're unavailable after offering a 50% refund (which I declined) and a request for pictures to show that the tags are in tact (which there were none on the dresses).Initial Complaint

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered two dresses totaling about $140. I was expecting my product within a few days. Its been a month and I still have not received any package. The sketchy shipping courier they used called 4PK claims they delivered by package at 2am. However, I have security camera footage showing no attempts of delivery were made or no package left at my door. They NEVER attempted delivery but claim they delivered. STHCute did and continue to do nothing to help me. They claim this is out of their hands since the courier claims to have delivered it. They gave me two scam numbers and an email for the so-called shipping company from *****, and none of the numbers work. It doesnt ring and they take you to an automatic voicemail prompting you to wait for a TEXT message which never comes. Theres a osu outlet no way to communicate with the shipping company to inquire about my lost package. Both merchant and shipping company are HUGE SCAMS that conned me out of $140. STHCute is not doing anything to help me despite me reaching out to them on multiple occasions pleading with them that there is no legit way to reach the courier they contracted, as none of the avenues provided to me are working. The lines do not ring, its an automated voicemail that says ****** will text back and then the phone hangs up. No where to leave voicemails and to get feedback/ call back. Ive reached out to them via email on more than 5 occasions and cannot reach anyone from the shipping company. I asked the merchant to reach out on my behalf since they contract with them, however, they refuse to help me. They dont even care and they have also stopped responding to me. This is a crime. This company is a scam. I ordered a dress for an event with this company on October 5th. Some days later I reached out to the company because my order had not shipped, and I needed it for an event on a certain day. I asked for a refund and to stop shipment on the order because it had not shipped and at that point, it would not come in time for my event. I also discovered some online reviews that noted their business was a scam and they stole pictures from other retailers websites, and they refused to refund their customers for not receiving product/faulty products. After some back and forth with an agent, they agreed to give me a full refund and told me to return the dress if I didn't want it. They did not send me a copy of the chat and I was unable to screenshot it. I never received a refund and the dress was marked delivered on the 19th but the package was not there. I checked with my neighbor and there was no package. The carrier could not find the package and there is no way to make a claim because the company did not get insurance on the item. I reached out to customer service after some weeks and they refused to refund me unless I returned the dress, which I explained to them that I never received and I told them about the other agent's promise. This time I screenshot the conversation in case they try to lie. I also noticed something off about the customer service agent's photo and did a reverse image search and it came up with stock photos. I want a full refund and I will be reporting this business as a scame.
