    I took my dog to get groomed by ******* and upon arrival he was cut shorter than expected but I had a car full of children and needed to get home. Once I got home I inspected his grooming and noticed cuts under both eyes and hits ear. I contacted the groomer the next day as I was upset and wanted to be polite. She acknowledged her concern over the cuts under the eyes that I sent pictures of and apologized. I observed my pup over the next few days and the wounds got worse. I messaged her again about my concern of needing to take him to the vet and asked for a refund to help pay for the bill. She tried to say there was something else wrong with him when he was perfectly fine with no wounds prior to bring groomed by her! She is obviously not a professional!

    We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience.   We ensure the safest grooming experience possible here and pups do require daily brushing in order to keep the length longer.  There is a high risk at the cost of the pups safety where we as groomers do make a call from professional experience to pick the safest length.  There is a risk for *********** that jump around and pups that wipe at thier face with thier paws uncontrollably that they can get scrapes during the process from thier reaction to grooming actions like water on the face area.  We could not offer the advice that you were asking for because the many variables that require a professional veterinarian to determine to cause and treatment.  We do offer advice on in-between at home care or what tools to use.  We also make the time available for the pups here to have one on one appointments in order to ensure they recieve the safest, most stress free, kennel free experience possible.   We do appreciate your feedback and wish you and your pup the best.
