    I truly wish I could give negative stars. A negative 5 would be suitable.Our HOA got switched over to this place and we were told there was a web portal we could use to manage our account and make monthly payments.One problem (among many). This portal software is garbage. ***********. It says I'm registered, but I have no idea how to log on. I try to reset my password and it never sends me a reset email. Garbage.Have I tried calling? Yes I have. Have left bajillions of voicemails. How many were responded to? Zero.Have I tried emailing? Yes I have. Have sent bajillions of emails. How many were responded to?Zero.Have I mailed them their HOA payments to the correct address every month? Yes!Do I have copies of the checks? Yes!Do I have proof that they endorsed and cashed the checks? Yes!Did they just send me an email today with a statement saying I haven't made a payment for around 9 months? Yes!Do I have a lawyer on retainer? Yes!Had they better solve this now before I file a lawsuit agains them? (Class action if necessary)? Yes!Did they have the absolute AUDACITY to send me an email a few days ago begging for a 5 star review on ******* Yes!Am I incredulous concerning how bad this company truly is? Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Where are the negative stars. 1 star is much, much too high for them.

    *** lived in a property managed by PMI for 18 ****** at the time of this review. 2 days before I moved in when I finally saw the house, I was told by ******** that she would make sure a cleaning crew would come in to clean the house before move in the next day. That did not happen. When I moved in, the floors were caked in dirt, walls orange from where someone might have been smoking in the house previously, and the home stunk to high heaven. After speaking to the previous tenant when she stopped by to see if she had any important mail, I found out that she had abandoned the property 6 ****** prior. That gave any homeless people or squatters perfect oprtunity to gain access to the home and destroy it, which they did. Almost every week from the date of move in, I had to file for repairs on the home because it was pretty much being held together with super glue, duck tape, and hope. Finally, after over a year, the owner of the home wanted *** to come by to inspect the home herself. I thought everything was fine until she mentioned something about a dog. I received a letter for an *** from my doctor ****** prior and had turned the letter in to PMI. Exactly what I told her. From that point it was weeks of harassment, discrimination, and unnecessary fees that I shouldn't be responsible for. While all this was going on, I was going through my last month of pregnancy, which apparently made no mind to them. Now, *** came by again to do a "maintenance check" which was actually an unlawful compliance check, according to Indiana State Tenants Rights. An hour notice doesn't meet the requirement for ***** hours notice according to what the state requires. While she was here, she made rude comments about Hispanics, saying I could find a Hispanic man to take my rooster (that stays outside) or just abandon the rooster somewhere like she does with her chickens. Discriminatory, racist, animal abusing employees work at the company.

    These are the worse people I have ever had to work with. They WORK FOR US, but they act like they are the boss. They dont even understand how the condo hoa board works. And yet they have the nerve to say that the ***** MAKES ALL THE DECISIONS IN THE COMMUNITY!!!! They are stupid as h*** and havent read the bylaws that they are supposed to be making sure are followed by the board or they should not participate in their actions. ***************** thinks its funny that they participate in the bullying done by the board. He doesnt have a clue how our bylaws are written so I pray that PMI is third party liable for his behavior. As well as ******************* they emailed the attorney for our community and said that I sent them harassing emails and had harassing behavior. What a bunch of grow a** punks. These so called men need to stop with the harassing behavior because they know that people can retaliate against them for their actions. They were so scared they told the attorney that doesnt know her b. From a hole in the ground. Why would u not call the police if a crime has been committed? Because maybe its just another way of tryin to run up a ****? They are gonna end up paying that **** themselves along with a **** for libel because I never wrote anything like that. I would never warn anyone that I have a plan or anything else. Duh. Their company is terrible and I pray they will be fired soon.

We've had this account for years and work with the board to make sure that the condo community is well taken care of. We have a very positive review from the board for this community we serve. We are happy to address each of our homeowners issues to the best of our ability.

    I use to be a tenant at one of the properties PMI Meridian was managing. The house that I was renting was bad from start to finish, The first 2 days there after my initial move in it rained and damaged my bed from a leak in the ceiling, I called my insurance and they told me that PMI was suppose to cover damages for anything damaged in the home that came from damage due from the roof having a leak, the Property Manager E.** told me they do not cover personal property. So my brand new Cali King was damage and couldn't be returned because it left a really big water **** due to it raining while I was at work. the ceiling wasn't fixed, I found that the kitchen had 2 leaks in its ceiling start falling in down. There was a cabinet that fell off the wall and shattered my Kitchenette only to be reminded that PMI is not responsible and that I should call my insurance company and they told me that PMI is responsible. So now I am down a ****************** and a Glass Kitchenette after two months the cabinet was replaced. but I stayed. 1 week after that the Laundry rm ceiling had a leak where a 9x9 piece of the ceiling fell down on my Smart washer only to be told to call my insurance. I got sick from Covid-19 applied for assistance was denied but later approved was pressured to leave sick and all I moved because ****************** told me I would be in a lot more trouble if I didn't. I was afraid cause I had never been evicted I started moving the Monday after I moved I was told I was approved for my assistance Mr. ** told me it doesn't matter I skipped on my lease and the property was being updated for new Tenants. I and my 15yr old son is now Homeless after 16 months of paid rent damaged property i.e. bed, kitchenette and smarter washer and now can't get into a place because PMI is giving me a bad tenant reference and even stated they would not let me live on any of their properties after being advised by the Manager of PMI that it would be in my best interest to move out.
