    Pattern of Complaint:
    BBB file indicate that this business has a pattern of complaint concerning consumers alleging that it took weeks and even months longer to get their exam fee back from company than what they were told. On August 8, 2014 company responded with "We have experienced some administrative issues around the tracking, approval, and reimbursement of exam fees.  While dealing with these issues we have put in place an escalation process to manually submit exam fee payments as customers contact our customer service center to individually deal with customer issue.  Our relationship with our customers is number one in importance to us.  We have had many requests for checks when the customer(s) hasn't yet completed the required practice exams which had originally slowed or caused some delays in the process." Company states "All of these issues have been identified and should be corrected soon." Better Business Bureau has continued to monitor the pattern of complaints with The College Network and Better Business Bureau has found that the company has failed to cooperate with BBB efforts to address the underlying cause(s) of complaints.

      I paid off a program via ******************* for a LPN to RN (associates) with the College Network. Now have discovered the College Network is now bankrupt!

      The College Network has gone out of business. I did not receive all of the product I paid for, got 3 out of 7 course materials. They also have 4 of my testing fees at almost $250 each.

      I got into contract for lvn to rn bridge program.. I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone to continue classes. I paid in full. Want refund.

      The college network took my money. I called to cancel with them after reading reviews they were a scam. They said they would close my ************* my money to creditor. This never happened. I've sent emails to them directly trying to get my money back with false hop responses. I have given this issue a ridiculous amount of time to be resolved & have yet to be contacted back. So had to pay creditor in full to be able to limit debt to buy a house because this loan was high interest so it was not being paid down in a timely manor.

      This is the paperwork for my claim, signed up with college network paid them off and have been having issues contacting them, never received a notice that the company filed for bankruptcy or what I should do to finish to complete the coursed I paid for - needs the refund to find someplace else to attend to finish my nursing bridge program

      I would like to get a refund on payments made to The College Network. I know they are currently in bankruptcy but I still have the debt and really rarely logged into the systems program. The debt I have is with We ***************** and they demand I pay that money even though services were not rendered.

      I signed up to complete their LPN-RN program years ago. I was told accredited but found out it wasnt exactly what ******* said. I tried to cancel numerous times but couldnt and was told to complete the material. I have logged in and viewed on/off over the years. I did notice classes were added at one point that wasnt there. Now there is no way to log in. They are closed and I am out money to complete and actual degree. They lied about their program to begin with refused to refund me and having paid for their material and a class they have closed with no notice to me or refund for classes never completed

      I paid about ****** dollars to the college network to finish my RN degree as an LPN. I was informed that I could take as long as i wanted to finish the program. However, the company went out of business and now i can no longer take the classes that I need.

      I had an extremely aggressive representative from the college network come into my apartment and talk me into signing up for their program for RN to BSN. I did sign up for it and got a loan through ********************************* I was told I can take my classes ANY TIME I want. I paid my loan off and guess what?! The college network went out of business! Isnt that convenient?? I want my money back you crooks.
