  Had a terrible experience with ********************** FC Tucker Realtor/Office Mgr who personally bought land we listed for sale. Our listing instructed interested parties to deal directly with seller, me, & submit offers via Houzeo. So *** took advantage! He did NOT tell me when he called or in subsequent text msgs that he was a Realtor. He was too busy telling me he was my neighbor.. he wanted to know what price we would accept right now. Supposedly because he was in a hurry and isnt a flipper, he forgot to disclose his broker **************** # on purchase agreement. When completing the offer submission form, he changed the Offer Submitted By default FROM Buyers Agent TO Buyer. He sent a text msg saying he thought he was paying over market value but whats a little extra if he can build the house of his dreams. His way of disclosing his status was really pathetic, and I overlooked before texting acceptance and electronically signing but not transmitting our acceptance and we followed through on such. We closed in three weeks. At closing I asked if he had selected a builder; he mentioned two he likes. Less than 24 hrs later, he relisted the land & sold it for $40k (32%) more than he paid us. Says he did nothing wrong and expects us to accept his I forgots, I was in hurry, Im not flipper pathetic excuses. He said *I* created a nightmare for him and his wife. (Yet HE is the professional Realtor). He threatened to *** me for mentioning on social media and had his attorney send me a nasty letter. He has told numerous lies to cover his tracks. His boss, FC Tucker President ********************** responded pitifully. She didnt seem to mind taking commission from us for his unethical, negligent behavior. She and their attorney have spewed half truths & repeated his lies in his defense. I am absolutely disgusted with these unethical people who put profit and self interests before ethics.
