    The date of the transaction is 1/31/22 - 6/28/22 I paid the business a total $13,790.51. Had to hire another contractor to fix the damages caused by Living Spaces LLC $17,592.00.The business was committed to provide professional services for a kitchen remodel job. I'm highly concerned about this company. The quality of work is substandard and the legitimacy of the company is questionable. The structural integrity of my home has been compromised and obtain significant amount of damages , *********** does incomplete, faulty work and shoddy electrical and plumbing work. He indicated that he's licensed, insured and bonded. However, I discovered that was false inaccurate information.He's doing business and writing contracts under Living Spaces LLC, but ************************* Services is the legal name of the business. I tried to discuss my concerns with the business, but there is no resolution.

    We have 100's of satisfied customers over the many years of being a business owner.  This customer changed her mind regarding the scope of work multiple times.   She was slow to pay when the invoiced next payment was due.

    She is lying about having someone repair work done.  She had a contractor come in and quote her a solution that she bought into that cost ********. I have no proof that she actually moved forward with this particular quote. 

    We completed electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting , cabinetry install, etc.  None of which has been changed or deemed improper.

    Her issue came when she expected me to install ceramic tile instead of the quoted Luxury vinyl plank flooring.  She decided to cancel our contract and not let ** complete the job.  Her claim of legitimacy of my business are unfounded. She does not understand basic business structure...dba's, holding companies, parent companies.  

    Everything done for her is contractually bound and we strive to give the customer what we have both agreed to.  We don't however believe in manipulation or lying to achieve our goals.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    Note that the business owner's response is false, unethical and very unprofessional.  He indicated that 100% customer satisfaction, but there are 3 previously reviews on your website about this business.

    If you're doing a business under a dba, it is prudent for this company to have the following name listed on the contract as follows: ************************* Services DBA Living Spaces LLC (please see the attached).

    He did not address my concern about not being licensed, insured and bonded.  I discovered all his credentials he's advertising was false.  The actual work provided by this company is totally different from the pictures he's advertising on his website.

    The issue is that the company did not have the experience and expertise when they removed the load bearing wall. The structural integrity of my home has been compromised and the damages are unbelievable. I want this company to be held accountable for his actions.
