On June 15th. 2022 Tepeyac LLC and Junior Remodeling LLC with ************************* got into a signed contract to do a remodeling and repairing a property located at ****************************************** with a budget of $40,000, ************************* requested 50% of that amount to start the job and the other 50% at the end from which we gave him a total of $35,000, however the he did not finished the project and we did ask repeatedly to give us in writing all the progress of the project and what was missing to finish in addition the date when it will be finish since more than 45 days had already passed from the original date. Therefore, he was asked to withdraw from the property due to lack of evidence of the progress of the project, which are the following:Repair of the foundation and coatings, Garage doors, Gutters, Interior paint, New cabinets, Floor leveling and new flooring throughout, Two complete bathroom repairs, cornice, demolition of walls, repair of stairs and repair of plumbing.Of all the work that ************************* carried out, he did not repair the foundation and did not solve the problem of the unevenness of the floor and installed a new floor but didnt resolve the unevenness problem not at the bathrooms or the bedrooms or any room, he did not cover the bathtub wall tile leaving the walls with regular paint, he did not install the cabinets that were supposed to be new, on the contrary he used the same ones and said he refurbished them because those were hard to find. He did not finish the paint leaving patches all over the property. He left half the property without electricity and when I questioned him, he said that he was going to repair it and that he was going to charge me for something that he himself did wrong, and that at the time of solving it he would have to remove the floors and remove the sheets of plaster of the walls to fix the foundations and electricity. We gave ************************* the opportunity to fix it, he refused.
