    Exceptional roofing was hired by my HOA to complete a million dollar project for a 13 unit hi-end townhome community. As of today, 5 of the units have sustained significant damage to their properties either inside of their properties, outside or both due to the work of their employees.The project was for replacement of roofing and patio's. We are now at 6 plus months into the project and we are only at about 50% completion. What should have been a 3 month project will possibly take 9 to 10 months if we are that lucky-possibly more. They have been non - existent half of the days of the past 6 months with not a worker on site to complete the job. Our ********* has threatened legal action for not finishing the job in a timely fashion but alas here we are 2 months later not *********** October of 2024- Exceptional Roofing came to the job site without a tarp to cover open areas of roofing/patio's in case of a rain shower or thunderstorm. My home was ruined. Later that week- the owner ****** ******* met with the residents of our community along with members of the ********* and gave a grandiose speech about "No one will be out a single *****" and the "integrity of this company blah blah blah" - guess what??-It was all a bold faced lie. Owner ****** ******* has proven to be nothing more than a hack salesmen & a storm chaser- telling his customers what they wanted to hear with no intentions of making his mistakes right instead of ******** I write this review 5 months from that October meeting- our patio's and roofs are still not finished.Exceptional Roofings insurance company would not be responsible for matching carpet in my home. I asked the owner to pay for the out of pocket expense of over 3 thousand dollars to get matching carpet in my home and he refused. So, me-the resident who did nothing at all wrong or negligent was forced to pay over $3,000.00 dollars to get my home whole again by buying replacement carpet for the entire home.
