Plumbers got their equipment (snake) stuck while cleaning out my sewer line. Left it and other equipment and have never returned or responded to my letter dated Feb. 21, 2022 (attached)Initial Complaint

Have a rental property that had sewer issues so I called **** and Jerrys sewer service. Ive used them for at least twenty years. The problem occurred in early February. They went out to clean the sewer line. Ten days later, after they were paid, the same problem occurred. They went to clean out the line again. Again,two weeks later the same issue happened. They went , stayed 25 minutes and complained the entire time to the tenant. It was not resolved, in fact, they made it worse. I called another company and they came the next day and since then I have not had an issue. The other company said they did not go very far in to clean the line. I had two blockages further down the line. Since then, I have made two calls in to *****,supervisor, to talk to him and he has never returned my call. I think I deserve a refund since they never did the work that I paid for. When I have left a message for *****, this is what I have said. Evidently, he is not willing to issue a refund even the company did not correct the problem. My next step is to file a court case through my attorney if there is no resolution here.
