    Sorry off hand I can't recall when I joined the program. With that said I have a significant outstanding credit that I can't use. I like to use the cupping feature when I get a massage, but I have had to pay out of pocket for this every time I go in. My account was getting billed every month and accumulating a surplus of credit, which I was told was not able to be used for the cupping feature. I was told would have to settle for a lesser experience in order to use my credit. I was also charged for tier 3 without being told ahead of time. I once again had to come out of pocket, despite having credit on my account. I called them up and advised that this was not in my best interest and asked for my credit to be returned. I was told no to any refund and my contract was cancelled without my knowledge. I then made phone calls and attempted to talk to upper management, wherein I was told the owner was on leave due to having a child and the other manager was off. I called back a few times and never got through to any manager, nor did I ever get a call back. I finally reached out to the franchise office and was told the owner would reach out to me, however I did not get that call. I left messages for a return call and still nothing.
