I was called to be offered a job at a local business where I live. I didn't realize that I was scammed until it was too late. Thankfully, I did not give out anything person, with the exception of my work history. I am not sure how this company having my work history could hurt me or not. I ended up going to the legit companies webpage and I was able to confirm that I had been scammed. Unfortunately, this company was very professional and I had no clue that something wrong was happening. Like I said above, my main concern is how my work history in the wrong hands could hurt me. contact email was ********************************* representing Conduet in ******, ** Conduet's webpage says that they only use @conduet.com ( kind of a thing.)****** told me that he is a temporary agency that places people in contract employment with the hope of permanent employment. Conduet's webpage said that they do their own recruiting. I only got Conduets business name after I gave up my work experience. I also gave my phone number out to receive text messages from them.

BCForward is a highly questionable organization that takes people's social security information during the employment application process and typically does not respond. For me, in order to be considered for employment I had to pass an exam. They claimed that I did not pass it, even though I confirmed each of my math questions as only missing one question. They refused to share the exam results of what I actually got wrong, which did not fulfill my request. I told them that I wanted to see what questions I actually got wrong, and they refused to respond. *********************** took a shameful and abusively combative behavior toward me in email correspondence and I am wanting the test results of what I missed on the math portion of my exam. This is a simple request for a company that has been known to take people's social security information and not get back with them. I am seeking exactly WHICH answers I got WRONG on the math portion because after I received my answers back, they did not display which ones were specifically wrong and I know that due to double-checking my answers, that BCForward has inaccurately graded my exam. I also am wanting to file a formal complaint against *********************** for her severely unprofessional behavior for anxiety-related reasons.

Hello ****, we are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience working with BCforward. Many of our clients do require assessment as a part of the submittal process. However, BCforward does not own the assessments, so we cannot release them to anyone. BCforward will communicate to you the result and next steps but cannot publish the entire test and/or the correct answers.

BCforward should never ask you for your full social-security-number (SSN). However,BCforward does have clients that require us to create a unique ID when submitting you to their system. That number is generated with the last 4 numbers of your SSN. It is submitted directly into their system and BCforward does not retain it.

Please reach out to us at ********************************** so a member of our Experience Team can connect with you to discuss your concerns further.  Additionally, To learn more about how we use personal information collected, view our Privacy Notice and CCPA Addendum on our website, BCforward.com.

In February I started receiving emails from this company. I requested that the recruiter remove me from the emailing list, so I will no longer be contacted by this company. After a week or two, I receive another email. I remind them again to remove my email from their list and any further contact will be considered harassment. They apologize, but I still keep getting contacted. This has crossed into harassment territory and will consider legal action if I need to.Remove me from your mailing list. It's not that hard
