Was sold a " LEMON" A unethical owner named ***********************, his salesman *************************, his manager aka ** - who hung up on me and refused to identify himself or send in writing the apology and his offers to fix the broken down truck or look at another vehicle....instead in an arrogant racist manner he hung up, provided no humbling customer service. They promised a fully DOT inspected, operational, and detailed vehicle instead I was given a very dirty thilthy vehicle that was broken down and not running...the manager even called me and lied saying the mistakenly showed me the wrong vehicle...we proved him a liar and put the tech on the phone...I have a ton of evidence how the discriminated against me, mistreated me and cost me thousands of dollars and a distraught, terrible experience to say the least. The grand wizard ********************* tried to respond to my ****** review complaint down playing the broken down truck issues and dirty condition and the disrespectful racist manner they treated me...he totally hid the fact his manager hung up and other facts....we will save for other actions as he and staff try to cover up what they did to me on Friday. They took my money and sold me a Lemon vehicle and misrepresented a FEDERALLY MANDATED INSPECTION......DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT IM WARNING EVERYONE, I HAVE FOUND OTHER HONEST DEALERS SINCE FRIDAY. I was attacked and made fun of by his staff for calling for help more than 20 calls over 4 hours...I flew all the way to *******...thier sales representing themselves as honest for 3 weeks leading up to pickup, they demanded all money paid up fast, which I gave them my money....they took my money fast and even took someone else money fast that I know. I have lost thousands of dollars and humiliation and treated as an African American minority consumer being discriminated and lied too fraudently and taking of my funds via fed wire
