I purchased Used vehicle, 2019 Ram 4500, from Indy Luxury Motorsports on 5/3/24. During the transaction I made it clear that I was purchasing the vehicle for the purpose of hauling RVs throughout the states. On 5/31/24, I was leaving ****** Indiana with the first load of RVs. I drove about 10 Miles and the motor blew. I took it to a repair shop and was quoted $20000 for a remanufactured engine replacement. I declined the fix and had the vehicle towed to a company lot. I contacted the dealership on 5/4/24 and spoke to the salesman, *****, who sold me the truck. He said he didnt know what to say and that he would talk to his manager, **** and they would call me back. They have not called back. I traded a fully functional mechanically sound 2017 Ram 2500 to the dealership in the deal. I put a lot of money and time into that truck to make sure it was suitable for sale or trade.

Please be advised I recently purchased a Used 2014 ********************** from ******************* on August 31, ****. Since I purchased the vehicle, I have been having issues with it as I am unable to put gas in the car. Every time I would put gas in it, the gas would spew back out. Please be aware that ******************* purchased this vehicle from an auction lot and the vehicle was sold to me through Indy Luxury Motorsports. Prior to signing the paperwork for the vehicle, I was NOT made aware of any ongoing issues the vehicle may have had. As of today, my vehicle has been in and out of the shop since September 5th. As of today, my vehicle has been in and out of the shop since September 5th. The mechanic, Safe Haven Automotive, has completed the following: checked pressure sensor, checked gas canister, replaced gas gauge, replaced fuel pressure sensor, checked gas neck, and dropped the gas tank. I have made ******************* aware of the ongoing issue as he is the one who recommended Safe Haven Automotive. Please be advised that I am currently making car payments to 3Rivers ************* As of now, I DO NOT have the vehicle in my possession and the issue has NOT been resolved. It is at the ******* Dealership which recommended to me by Safe Haven Automotive. I believe I should no longer be financially responsible for a vehicle I cannot drive due to not being able to put gas in it. According to ********* lemon law, officially known as the ************* Vehicle Protection Act, if the defect impairs the use, value or safety of the vehicle, the vehicle is a lemon and the purchaser is *********** his or her choice of a refund or replacement. Overall, I feel as if ******************* as well as Indy Luxury Motorsports failed to thoroughly inspect the car before selling it. Allegedly, nobody was aware of these issues before I purchased the car. I've had the car for almost 5 months and making payments however I only had the car in my possession for 2 out of the 5 months.
