So I recently bought a car from oak motors everything was fine at first i stayed paid up on payments and even paid up for a month at a time well then one day my car needed to be serviced thats where everything went bad so they said they replaced the hub baring well they had my car a whole week and then i got it back 7 days later in the morning and by that evening it was broke down again because the whole wheel caved in and almost came off as i was driving on the highway so they have it towed back to there shop and this time they had my car almost 3 weeks to do repairs I get it back yesterday morning and by last night it was broke down again with worse problems then what it went there with not only is the issue still going on with the wheel my motor is real loose my car is over heating ive lost my job due to them refusing to put me in a loaner carBusiness response

I purchased Buick from Oak Motors. They have replaced an engine, 2 transmissions, 3 catalyst converters, trunk latch 3 times, central control, air conditioning, and a few more. My car that I pay over $600 a month for, has sat in their garage more than a total of 5 months. I have begged and pleaded with the Repair Manager and Lori from finance to do what's right. The car is a Lemon. I have spent so much money and nothing has ever been correctly fixed. I have walked back and forth to work. I've been stranded in some not very good places, like the highway. I have a lot of service receipts. LotsBusiness response

Hello, my name is ******************* , I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet traverse on 8/13/2021 I left the dealership at 7:30pm ECT at first it drove fine but once I was on the interstate headed home about 10 minutes down the road it started to acted weird, it wasn't down shifting so I got of the interstate at London road in ******* once I stopped at the stop sign on London road it started to make a loud ticking noise , I continued driving toward home because at this point oak motors was closed and I had attempted to call them multiple times, I was driving down ************* toward *********** when I went to stop at the stop sign the breaks wouldn't stop they acted as if something were stuck in them, the break gave and I abruptly stopped the vehicle then died and will not start they agreed to exchange the vehicle but I am not pleased with my options and considering the situation and me having it less then 24 hours id like to be reimbursed and out of the deal. I would like to wash my hands of it.Business response
