I purchased a vehicle from them 02/02/2024 around 10:30 AM the next day after purchasing the car the car has been in the shop since 9 AM 02/03/2024 I asked for a refund or a different vehicle and they refused to do either. They said they had a mechanic work on the car before selling it to me the shop the car is at now said **** mechanic used stop leakage in the car which messed the engine completely up now the car needs a new engine and they dont want to give me my money back. Zak business, is operating a criminal enterprise with the sole intent of defrauding buyers!Couple of weeks ago I purchased a vehicle ***** Focus 2012 model) from their dealership and while on my way driving home I encountered a problem on the car, basically I got notification from the dashboard that the car has a transmission problem. Within no time i contacted their dealership via text informing them about the problem on the car. They saw my text and chose not to respond. The next day I placed a call to the dealership and they lied to me stating that the reason for which the car is giving me such signal is because the car engine oil needed changing and once I changed the oil the car will be perfectly okay and Ill not encounter any problems of such nature.The following day, I managed to take the vehicle at ******* to do the oil changing, got the oil changed and the problem were never resolved only to realized that the car transmission is damaged and it required changing!With that I placed a call to the dealership and they said theyll give me a call later during the day which of course I didnt get a call from them.It has been couple of weeks now Ive tried reaching out to the manager but hes refusing to answer my calls.Till date they havent returned my calls!Those guys knew exactly the car had a problem before selling it to me and they lied to me only because they had a criminal motive.Those guys criminals and if nothing isnt done about their criminal act theyll defraud many peaceful citizens!Business Response

On 10/21/2023 I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox LT for $6300.00. Ive had this car for almost 3 months and the car has been driven approximately ***** miles. ***** 3 weeks ago the car as I was driving felt like the transmission slipped and then 2 days later when I went to drive it a short distance to see if still did it. When I started the car it was violently shaking, the check engine light came on as well as the traction control and then in the control center s**** it said stabiltrak needs maintenance. On 6/23/2023 I purchased a 2007 ******* Santa Fe from Farouk Alfarie with Zak Imports at *****************************************************************, **. ***** for $2133.00 paid by CashApp directly to Mr. ******* On 6/30/2023 I contacted Mr. ******* regarding the address where the title needs to be sent as the address on my Drivers License was not correct. I got no reply. On 7/5/2023 I made another attempt and again no reply. On 7/9/2023 another message was sent this time I stated other actions will be taken if they cannot produce my title or any info on it. He apologized for no reply as he had "been busy" but he would take the title to the auction where he claimed it was purchased. I said ok. On 7/17/2023 I inquired for an update and Mr. ******* stated "I declare it the auction will send us one" I asked for clarification on his response but no reply. I then asked for the name of the auction but no reply although the message was seen. (These ******************* were thru ******** MarketPlace which I still have) On 8/7/2023 I contacted the Auction myself (on the date of purchase Mr. ****** and a business associate drove ******* brother to the auction to pick it up so we could test drive it back to his place of business so I searched my ****** location history and found out it was *************************) When I contacted the auction I was told that the car I purchased had never been at the Car Exchange and she was able to verify that by looking up the **** which had never been in their system. I would like for 1 of three things done here. 1) Produce a clean & clear title 2) to be refunded my $2133.00 or 3) switch out the 2007 ******* Santa Fe with a comparable car with a clean & clear title.Business Response

I do not accept Zak Imports response because I feel that that it is just more lies I have been told by this company. I have no missed calls or voicemails that had been left on my phone by the company or Mr. ****** himself as well as no messages on FB MarketPlace. Which MarketPlace seemed to be just a fine way to communicate with me when he was in the process of selling me the vehicle. If they are a reputable company and truly want to fix this issue I deal with daily then I can still be reached at ************ which is the same number they have.
