As it states on our website and what you were verbally told when you were here, there is a $5 charge when you recieve a written prescription as it takes staff additional time to write it up. You were given a prescription after we saw your pet as you were told. It is also posted on our website that we do take the first 5 vaccines in line. Our website has our policies posted for this reason, so people can read them before coming in. You were belittling and you very rude to our staff. We listened in on the conversations that our staff members had with you and not one time were they ******* you out or being rude to you. You were told pricing and voiced your continued displeasement about it. We have already flagged your account as no services due to your behavior towards our staff and your continued false accusations and your pets records are already being mailed to you. We hope you find a veterinary clinic that is better suited for your needs as we no longer have a healthy client-patient-veterinary relationship.
