    I purchased 5, Daikin ******* Air Filter, for Mini Split Ductless on October 25th, 2024 (order number #KPI1857) and shortly thereafter was contacted by KPaul's **************** specialist, ****** ******, who introduced himself and asked if he could help in any way. When I asked when I should be expecting my items, I was told he was "awaiting details." When I asked if these items were in stock and if they weren't, to cancel my order so that I could place this order with a vendor who actually had these items I was met with silence. Given the amount of time that has passed and the urgency for which these items are needed, which is also why I placed the order with KPaul as their website promises "fast shipping," I would like to either have my order cancelled with a full refund or be provided with my items in a timely fashion.

    KPaul claims to be a veteran-owned company. Based on that information, I decided to purchase with them even though their prices were slightly higher than those of their competitors online. On August 1st, I placed an online order with KPaul. I received the emailed confirmation. It stated I would be notified once my item had shipped. By August 12th, I had not received any further information regarding my order, so I called the number listed on the website. I spoke to a woman who informed me they did not have my item in stock and were waiting for their supplier to ship it to them. She could not give me a time frame as to when this would happen. I decided to contact them via their website. In that message, I told them I was disappointed they would have accepted my order, knowing they did not have the product in stock. I also stated that I wanted to cancel my order. On August 14th, I was emailed by someone from KPaul by the name, ******** *****, saying they were sorry to hear I wanted to cancel and had forwarded my email to the "concerned department". I never received any further emails from this person or the concerned department. On August 23rd, I received an email from someone at KPaul named ****** ******. He did not mention my previous contact with the company in his email. He stated that they were contacting me about an issue with my order. He told me I could cancel my order by simply replying to his email. I replied to please cancel my order. On August 28th, I had not heard from either person that I had contact with regarding my cancelation and refund request. I sent them another email stating I wanted to cancel my order. Yesterday, September 3rd, I emailed them that I would file a formal complaint with the BBB. I have not heard from either person or representative.

    ordered replacement part White ******* 1A66-641 Beige Line Voltage Wall Thermostat w/ OFF Position, DPST, Open On Rise (No Thermometer) SKU: kpi002-01A66-641S1 on 6/4/24 charged 7/3/24 - was told there were shipping delays - we are 9 weeks out from original order... 5 weeks from payment - NO PART - NO REFUND... either would be acceptable NOW

    Made an order for a tool an electricians tool pouch. Been over 30 days and they have not shipped. Gave them more than reasonable time to ship. Emailed about cancellation but they have yet to reply. Ive already bought another pouch from another vendor.
