    My husband and I wanted flooring installed. Made over a dozen telephone calls and an in store visit, but never had floor installed. Jamie, in charge of flooring said repeatedly she does not know how to calculate cost for 800 square foot job. We have minimal pieces of furniture, nothing unique about our home. We don’t have pets. It’s a well kept home. We are senior citizens, I am a U.S. Army veteran. We agreed to the 4000.00 guesstimate we received, but Jamie still insisted she could not schedule. After 5 months of phone calls, installer visit at 6:15 a.m one morning we decided this is an unethical business. We feel we dodged a bullet here. Just a heads up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT BOECKMANS!
