I am the owner of a 2021 ***********. I had taken my vehicle to **** of ********* ******* for warranty work and my windshield had been broken in the service department. It was taken to Advantage glass, which is across the street for the replacement. I received my vehicle back after almost 2 months of not having it, and the windshield had been installed incorrectly, so I returned it back to the dealership for them to get the windshield properly installed. I received my vehicle back again yesterday 08/27/2024, and was told by the service manager of the **** dealership that advantage would not touch the windshield again because it has clips and only goes in one way. It is clearly Installed incorrectly and doesnt match what the windshield placement had been previous to this repair job. I contacted advantage and was later called by the owner, who was immediately hostile towards me and questioned my knowledge of windshield, and how they are installed and work etc., which I dont think matters when it clearly is not seated correctly into the vehicle. He was overtly rude and insulting and finally told me to bring it in. I just sat and waited for an hour at the business to be told nothing could be done, and that he would be calling me yet again in the near future. My car now wreaks of Marijuana after the gentleman working there gave me back my keys. I do not smoke, or vape for that matter, so this seems to just be pouring more salt into the wound for the day. Again, the owner being as rude as he is, and unhelpful, and putting the blame on me, when this is simply warranty work. I am the only owner of this vehicle. I reached out, from a place of common courtesy, because **** Broncos are documented as having windshield leaks already, and to save them from having to replace any electrical components if it were to happen to leak because of this improper install, I decided to call and clarify. Instead, I was left feeling more helpless than I already did.

The owner continued to call and harass me and demean me after the initial interaction throughout the day. He called me 3/4 times total. He would apologize for being wrong about the window being seated incorrectly but then launch into asking me what my knowledge of vehicles was, and camera systems for windshields, which I do not find pertinent to the problem or myself at all. He also cyber stalked me and went to ******** and tried to add me as a friend, but before I was able to screenshot him doing so, he blocked me on ********. Overall an extremely strange interaction, where I am not at any fault, yet was framed in such a way that would try to convince myself that I was indeed, at fault.

I also had the windshield tinted from when I had originally bought my vehicle. ********* **** had the tint redone at their expense after the initial windshield replacement. Now that it is being replaced for a second time, the ownwr of advantage is refusing to compensate me for having to get it tinted again.
