    I am writing to file a complaint against Painting with a Twist in *********, **, regarding our experience on Friday, February 16, 2024, for the Blacklight! Our Cosmic Love event. In my initial email, I offered feedback about our experience (they asked) and offered solutions to the issues we faced during the class. Unfortunately, it has been almost 2 months since I first contacted them, and there has been no resolution, even though promises had been made on their end. After several attempts to give the business a chance to fix things, I am now seeking a refund for the hassle.During the class, we noticed that it was feeling rushed, and the instructor was not waiting for anyone to catch up. Due to this huge rush, the instructor mistakenly ended the class almost an hour early. We paid for two full hours of a class, but we only received half of the class. As a result, we weren't able to properly finish our paintings, and there was a lot we rushed through painting. Unfortunately, our paintings do not look very nice and had been looking great so far until the whole top portion was rushed - that's the only reason things went downhill. Until then we were really happy with our paintings and excited to hang them up, but the second half of the class was so rushed that half of the painting showed it clearly and looked sloppy.We reached out to Painting with a Twist, and they promised to provide a solution. However, they did not follow through with any of these promises. The whole exchange is documented & attached.At this point, my husband and I no longer live in **************, and we would prefer a refund at this point or a gift card or voucher. I have been patient and polite throughout this entire process and have made several attempts to give them a chance to fix things, but unfortunately, they have not followed through with their promises. This is why I am turning to BBB for a resolution.Thank you for your time and assistance in finding a resolution to our experience.
