    On the evening of 4/28/2024 an order was placed via the Taco Bell app for pick up at the ******, IN location. Upon arrival, around 7:30pm, the lobby was closed so pick up within was unavailable. I attempted to pick up my mobile order via the drive thru, which I was advised the location was out of stock of many of the needed ingredients to fulfill my order. No substitutions, or resolutions were provided. I asked to cancel my order since it could not be fulfilled, and business advised they could not cancel or refund. I've notified and requested multiple times; the order was not fulfilled and requested a refund. Employees of location did not provide receipt, resolution, or any type of goods fulfillment.
