      Purchased Bullseye Leveling System for my RV a number of years ago. ********** stopped working 1 year ago. Contacted **** ***** at Bullseye (owner) who asked me to return the controller under warranty for repair/replacement. After 12 months of ignored emails/phone calls, **** and his company have gone quiet. Have since seen multiple online complaints about his company and similar issues.

      Ordered the leveling system 08/22/2023. Received part of the product on 09/14/23. Upon installation the system did not work correctly. Company tried working with us on a solution. Sent us new jacks and controller. Reinstalled, system still wouldn't work. Sent them videos and a we had a phone video call to show them what was happening with the system. They said not sure what the problem is that they would talk to the engineers and see if there was a solution. 2 weeks later, no response from them. On the 3rd week I contacted them. They said it seems that there is a problem with the controller and electronics and would replace them. 93 Emails to them trying to get the problems solved.Partial emails below:12/12/23 ***,I did get your voicemail. Do you have the ** now? I would like to schedule a time for a short video call so I can see first-hand what is happening with the system. Any time tomorrow will be fine with me.Thanks,******************* Bullseye Leveling LLC 01/09/24Alan,The system still doesn't work correctly. Have you talked to the engineers? What is the solution?01/11/24 ***,After watching your system, I cannot identify a cause of the problem. I know we have worn out *** with all of the exchanging of parts but I think it would be better to give you a replacement controller and keypad again rather than spend more of your time diagnosing this one.I will send you a return label when you get the controller and keypad packed. Thanks,**** 01/24/24 ****,Haven't received the labels for return yet.01/26/24 ****,This is beyond ridiculous on the problems we have had with this system. I wish I would have read the reviews online before we purchased this system.BBB has you rated as an F. We have been dealing with this since September and the system still doesn't work. I'm requesting we return the complete system for a refund.

      I paid AUD$5,000 for an RV Automatic Self Leveling System which has not been supplied.

      I have ordered a new electronics kit for my Bullseye Leveling System on my camper. I sent ******************* a check for $993.42 on June 2, 2022, which he received on June 7th and promptly cashed. He assured me that the electronics kit was in stock and ready to ship. Then began the delays. On June 17 I received an email from ************* that stated We discovered an inconsistency in the software so our engineer is making the necessary modification. It should not take long. I will let you know when it is on the way. Then again on June 27 he sent the email I deeply apologize for the delay in shipping your electronics kit. As I said previously, we just discovered an small issue with the electronics and our engineer needs to make a modification to ensure it operates consistently. I know he was working on that over the weekend so hopefully he has everything ready to go. I will find out and let you know. We will get it to you as quickly as we can. I myself repeatedly asked for a shipping date. Then on July 7th I received this email from ************* I am sorry for not responding to your earlier email. I have been working with our engineer to get the necessary modifications done to the electronics. They are ready now so it looks as though your kit can be shipped next week. It will take longer than that to process your refund but we will do that if you wish. I requested a refund on July 7, 2022. I was getting tired of the *** I have all the emails from ******************* of Bullseye Technologies. At this point, I just want my money back. The electronics kit probably doesnt work anyway. I called the company and never got anyone on the phone. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

      I finally received my leveling system this spring and took it to a an rv dealer to have the system installed and the dealership said that it would not fit on our motorhome. I emailed **** and he said that I should send it back to him by *** ground. I also had it insured. He told me he would charge me a restocking painting fee of 25%. I emailed a week after I had confirmation that they delivered the system to him. **** said that the jacks were damaged and he had to replace the feet on the jacks. I told them they were insured and he said that he would send me pictures and he has not. I paid for the costs of shipping something that would not fit. I paid nearly $400.00 to ship them back. I paid $2300 for the system and he has yet to refund a dime to me and my wife. I am a senior citizen and partially retired. I returned the jacks to him in May and now it is the 4th of July and I need help to get this resolved. Thank you for your assistance.

      My husband purchased a leveling system for our motorhome two months ago. We have not received the leveling system or any parts for it. We have asked multiple times for parts and the timeline of when we should receive those parts keeps getting pushed back. At this point weve asked for a refund with no reply or refund.
