As a GC with over 40 years in the construction business, Elite Homebuilders is able to design and build a home that you will enjoy for many years. They can also assist you in all aspects of the building process from permits to septic systems, garages, custom porches, well installation and even demolition of old buildings. Additionally, the staff is very easy to work with!

1 starWas a nightmare to work with. They changed blue prints with out our knowledge. They wanted us to pay for their mistakes. During the building phase they fell through the ceiling, hit our foundation and knocked cinder blocks out. They scratched are new kitchen floor, stained our carpet red. Every time we tried to point stuff out wrong with home they needed to fix we were told it was not our place to tell him what was wrong with the home. ******************************* then banned us from our home during the construction phase. They destroyed our yard and never did what he said he would do. ******************************* got mad because we wanted to hire home inspector to come in and inspect his work. The home inspector red flagged many issues with home and even said in his report the home could have been done more professional and by someone that knows what they are doing. ******************************* banned the gas company from doing there job then ordered his hvac crew to cut the lock off propane tank and pump gas in to the home into a defective furnace that can catch home on fire. We had two contractors come in to estimate the damage for our brand new home to be fixed and it was about ****** dollars worth of damage. ******************************* the ceo of elite home builders even threatened that if we all three where in the same room together that only one walk out alive. This is the kind of man we trust to build homes for people that wants to kill his clients. I would never recommend anyone buy a house from ******************************* he has no clue what a pole barn is and is just a conman scamming people out of money and there time. This was the worse experience we have ever had. We thought we settled when we agreed to release money from bank to *******************************, we where wrong he took away our warranty on his poor craftsmanship was going to pay us **** to help with damages. Elite Homebuilders was the first place I visited when I was beginning to shop for my new home. From the first interaction ******* was kind, honest, and had a true sense of integrity. I shopped other builders, I even had a floor plan quoted and ready to order and that company literally pulled the rug out from under me. I ended up coming back to Elite because it just felt like the right place. There was one particular home that I never in my wildest dreams imagined could be mine and ******* said, 'let's make it yours.' As I write this review I'm sitting in my beautiful new home. Building or buying a home comes with all sorts of challenges but I would do this all over again with this company, no questions asked.Elite Home Builders

My husband and I purchased some acreage in the summer of 2021. In the fall of 2021 we started the process of contacting traditional home builders and modular home builders. ******************************* of Elite Homebuilders was very helpful and thorough. Quality of the home, pricing, and customization were factors in our search for a new home. Elite was the best choice for us. Elite was not the cheapest modular builder we contacted. However, the quality of the home and foundation, his organization of top notch contractors for the foundation, electrical work, well and septic, HVAC, plumbers, and his attention to detail and communication are exceptional! ******* kept us informed about every process of the home build. We now have a strong, well built, customized home that is within our budget.Elite Home Builders
