    Me and my children had services rendered at the dental office which was routine cleanings. Before making the appts I provided my dental insurance information which they asked for. No one ever asked for my medical insurance information. I was told the services were covered prior to the appts. A month or so after the appts I was called and asked to provide my medical insurance information. I provided. Next thing I know is that I am getting a bill because they say my insurance deny the claims. I reached out to humana which is my dental insurance and they stated they denied it not because the services were not covered but because my medical insurance denied it. I then called **** which is my medical insurance and they stated that the only reason they denied the claim is because the dental office did not file the claims timely. I reached back out the dental office a number of times explaining that this was a billing error on their part not mine or the lack of insurance. They continually send me a bill for the full amount and I have advised them the insurance companies state they would need to reach out to them and they may be able to still process the claims but the office needs to do so. I should not have to pay for a drop of the ball with their billing department
