    **************** Is my membership ID number since 2019. I have been a member and never used their services since rejoining in 2019. Late Thursday evening of March 21, 2023, I had a flat tire and used their app to ask for road assistance. I received a text message every hour of the same content saying they are trying to send someone to my rescue. (4) Four hours later, I was still stranded so I drove the car with the flat tire home. Having spent all night waiting for *** to help, I had to call off work and alpo ruined the tire beyond repair, and cracked my rim.(8) eight hours later, I finally received a text and a call from the truck driver..The club failed to provide their services and subsequent to the *** clubs lack of action I damaged my tire beyond repair and cracked my rim and lost a days wage. Avoiding issues like these ones are the main reasons of joining the club.I am asking them to return all my membership dues paid since 2019 and compensate me my rim and tire. I am also seeking BBB to intervene on my behalf since the club do not attend to the text number and have no customer support reachable by phone. During the hours of waiting, *** had no customer service number to call. The app had only 4 options 1. Call 911 , 2 Message your emergency contacts and 4. Call for a Lyft After my ordeal, I realized option #1 call the police, # 2 emergency contacts or option #4 call Lyft to get you, if you want to make it out of there alive call the police, love ones or a taxi because we are not coming to your rescue by you using our other option #3 - roadside assistance..Obviously, no customer service representative to talk to for reassure you or even provide timely response and update. I believe they have not met any of their obligations to me other than collecting.
